There ended up being so many damaged screens that it was worth it to re-do the entire porch. Nick was honest about this without being pushy or salesman-y at all. Whatever work we wanted, he was willing to do. My parents and I are so happy we had the whole porch repaired. It looks incredible. Nick and his colleague worked hard to get the job done well and even worked through the rain (not for the roof, which would have been dangerous, but on the risers). And the price was excellent! Our neighbor was so impressed he took cards to hand out to other neighbors and to his friends looking for repairs.

Started this process of requesting a quote for a 10 x 12 concrete pad for a utility shed, yelp…read more Within 15 minutes I got a call from Frederick asking me about detail details and requesting that I send a picture of the area where I wanted the pad placed in my backyard. I provided a few pictures with details of what I wanted and the next day, I got a very reasonable quote to do the work. It took me a couple of days to review some other quotes and scope of work before I got back to Antonio. After I let him know he could do the work he gave me a starting date the next week. He came on time and he and two of his crew, excavated compacted, and set the forms for the concrete Poor. Because of the location of the pad, it was not possible to bring a cement mixer in, and the crew had to do it by hand. Nevertheless, they completed the work within eight hours and provided instructions to cover it when the rains came this afternoon, which they are coming. Frederick, the back office guy, and Antonio were equally professional and kept their word to do just what I asked for. I would highly recommend Antonio Barrows to do cement work for anyone. I will follow up after the pad has cured and send a picture.
