I spoke to Michael about the treatments I'd been receiving on my shoulder, and when I mentioned Elements Massage, he asked if the therapist was Thom. Apparently he knew Thom, so Michael explained the technique that Thom used was Chinese Tui Na and used the same technique, since it was so effective for me. In the hour, Michael found at least 4 huge knots in my pectorals and shoulder area and got rid of them. He will be on my short list for future massage therapists. His rate is usually $80 per hour, but he is currently running a summer and fall special with $45 hour sessions. He typically only works 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, but is willing to schedule an evening appointment if needed. I definitely recommend him, especially for sports injury massage treatments.

Lily could tell I traveled for work and called out multiple areas that needed attention. She incorporated hot stone and stretching where applicable. I saw Dr. Lindsay (McDonald). There was no wait to see her. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She did a visual inspection first and we discussed my symptoms. Then she did some physical adjustments and gave me some take home exercises. Overall it was a very comfortable and low-key experience.
