Once I laid down on the table, she popped my back within five seconds. I have never had any masseuse do this. She really focused on areas of my back that were tense. Furthermore, she asked me a few times if the pressure was good, which I really appreciate! After the 45 minute session, I asked if we could increase it by 15 more minutes because I had fallen asleep! It was amazing! She stretched my legs and arms! After the session was over, she gave me a water bottle! She also explained to me how I can stretch my back at home and what I can do to relieve mild tension. I really appreciated her time and expertise! Lily could tell I traveled for work and called out multiple areas that needed attention. She incorporated hot stone and stretching where applicable. This massage ranked as the worst massage I've ever had. The masseuse did not attempt to use any amount of pressure throughout the entire massage and she lacked any type of massage skill or technique. I question whether she even had any training? She sat on a stool through most of the massage which was also odd. She asked me to keep my underwear on (not that I'm a perv but that's not typical) and did not touch anywhere on my body between my mid-thigh and lower back. The entire massage was basically random light brushing strokes with no rhyme or reason with almost no lotion. The prices here are very low, which should have clued me to the expected quality of this massage. However, I have had massages at similar prices that were significantly better. The most comical part is that when I went to pay, they tried to up-charge me for a "deep tissue massage" vs the "relaxation massage". There was no mention of that prior to the massage beginning, and there was certainly NO elements of deep tissue anything in this massage. In fact, this masseuse failed to even palpate a single knot on my back!! Do not waste your money. Seriously. Spend the extra money and go somewhere where they actually know what they are doing and where you'll gain some kind of therapeutic benefit from the experience.

However, they are on Class Pass so I am able to book my classes for here right through the app. The class that I go to on Saturday mornings is the strength circuit course with Robert. It is hands down my favorite class in Milwaukee. It is so tiny and intimate so you feel very comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and getting minor corrections to better improve your form/strength. Every Saturday I go, the class is different in some senses. There is always a TRX, floor and mat part to the class but the movements are not the same. The class is only 45 minutes so it goes by quite quickly. Robert is a terrific instructor and can provide help to men/women of all ages. If you are part of Class Pass or belong to this studio already, that class is a must!!

I've heard many great things from different people over the years, and since it's in the neighborhood, I'm not really sure how I'd never been! But I was glad to check it out. The facility is super clean, modern and new. They have a workout area, said yoga and (I think) offer massage and other therapeutic services. The yoga studio was really nice. Lots of props available, a great sound system, lots of windows on the river and a class that was an easy enough intro for a yoga newbie, but our instructor suggested plenty of modifications if you have been doing yoga longer too. I noticed the tightness on my neck went away. I have to go back for a few more appointments based on the manager's explanation that it may take a few appointments to have the elbow pain progress. So far I feel improvement and looking forward To the next one. It's less than a week apart. (At regular or western doctor visits through the decades, there was nothing to be done other than my being assigned 3 physical therapy appointments along with Ibuprofen at each incident, yielding MONTHS of pain and little help...) Within several MINUTES with Dr. Zhou, WITH THE PLACEMENT OF A SINGLE NEEDLE, he dropped my shoulder pain levels from 10+ to a 1 or 2, and told me what I suffered from was 'frozen shoulder'!! It was nothing short of amazing! I have never been able to get a diagnosis on this, my pain dropped immediately, and he knew EXACTLY what the problem was. I'm way out of balance as I favor and use my right arm for everything, and seldom use my left arm and shoulder. I have never done activities like golf because that I am terrified of re-igniting this painful injury. I have since continued Dr. Zhou's very effective treatments, techniques, and advice to roll back the decades-long list of damage to my shoulder muscles and tendons - to help get my strength back, and help restore proper shoulder functioning. I feel like him and his sessions are truly healing me. Dr. Zhou shows compassion and concern, and it feels like he is 'my' doctor. Dr. Zhou is also very warm and funny. This review allows me to give him up to 5 stars, but I give him 100 stars!! His office staff and massage people are also super nice, friendly, and clearly exceptionally trained. Everyone who needs medical help should consider Dr. Zhou!
