I was refered here when I had a lot of work to be done and needed to be knocked out. Wonderful. Yes you are still nervous when you go in, specially when you know they're going to be trying to remove your wisdom tooth, but you know nothing about it. The last thing you remember is counting backwards and what seems like a second later its all over. You do need an adult with you to make sure you get home ok. I would recommend them to anyone with a dentist phobia.

The reception and waiting areas are really poorly decorated and maintained and do not look at all clean. I was on their books for quite a while and very rarely saw the same dentist twice. There must be a huge turn around of staff at this establishment. Waiting times are poor and the dental treatment I have had, has been far from satisfactory. This may be an NHS dentist but I now pay a little more and have private dentistry that is quality. Avoid this place for the sake of your dental health. Only use if you are in desperate pain and it is your only option.

My dentists was thorough, she kept reassuring me that it won't hurt when she was cleaning my teeth. She told me what needed to be done and she'll tell you what needs doing if there is any. The first time I was there she took an x-ray and she said she would call me when the results came out that day. It was really good to get her call and she said there was nothing wrong with my teeth and that I only need to go back in 6 months.

And so, nearly a decade went without me paying a visit to the dentist. They're scary. DRILLING noises can be heard. The only time I want to hear drilling noises is outside my house at 7am, and even then that's not a good thing. But, when toothache started making me cry, it was pretty obvious that I wasn't going to get by on tea and sympathy. I have found also that the wait is not pre warned on arrival. Otherwise a brilliant Dentist would recommend for all of the positive reasons I have mentioned.
