What happens during the session is difficult to describe because it's not just one thing. It feels like a blend of massage, physio, acupuncture, internal body work, energy movement, and deep healing all in one. Dalyn's studio feels like a clinical healing spa -- calm, welcoming, and grounding the moment you walk in. She has created a safe and comforting environment, and even has her gentle healing dog, Dexter, who somehow seems to know exactly how to hold space. Then the drive home becomes the final part of the experience -- a time to process, release, and let your body settle after the treatment.
