He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan. He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches. He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked! We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside. On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.
