Today we called them to let them know that all three tanks failed and we have no water. We had another company on site that verified the failure. He told me that they would be under warranty so when I spoke with their office, I was told no one could get out here until next Thursday, 7 days from now. I have NO water and that was their response. We have horses and animal to care for. Then I was informed that even if the tanks are under warranty, they still charge for trip and installation. Horrible customer service. The well company that was on site said "if I had installed these, and they failed, I would never charge to do it again". Needless to say, this is another reason we choose to not ever use these guys again.

We called local business Turner & Sons as they had replaced our water tank over 10yrs earlier and we were very pleased with their service. They were out to check our system the very next day, and this was at the end of the week just prior to a busy 4 day holiday weekend. Rick arrived and had determined our pump had failed and needed replacement. They were able to schedule the service to take place 2 days later on a Saturday (again during a busy holiday weekend). All repairs were done (Replaced pump, all pump electrical, pump electrical unit, and re-calibration of entire system), no easy feat with our pump located 400ft underground. Excellent service from beginning to end and Kudos to all the staff @ Turner & Sons...First to Michaela who handled our calls and coordinated all of our appointments with care, concern, and excellent customer service. Then to Rick who came out and personally made sure everything was taken care of in a professional, trustworthy, and swift manner. And lastly to Eric and Cory who performed the service on a holiday weekend in 100degree heat with polite and excellent service. All in all we are very pleased with the quick, excellent, and professional service provided to us by our own long standing home town business Turner & Sons. Thanks again for coming to our rescue! Tried to troubleshoot things & finally decided to come to the house. They came about 1.5 hrs later. After testing things it was found that our 13 yr old pump was no longer working. They will need a day to pull the pump & replace. We are so happy that they came so quickly and determined the problem and told us plan of action.
