This is not coming from me but from another reputable dermatologist. I came in after 6 weeks of his treatment with horrible cystic acne and over 40 active pimples when I had 5 small ones. I couldn't sleep on the sides of my face without waking up with blood or wounded pimples on my face. I went to them because I was concerned about this and they thought I had a bacterial infection since it was so bad. After that came up negative they told me to STAY ON THE SAME PROGRAM (which was very abrasive to anyone's face) and not change anything. I knew this sounded wrong and found a different dermatologist through a friend. They gave me a new cream treatment that is way better for my face and didn't just brush off my problems as "purging" because it clearly was more than that. After a week my face was doing better and healing but I have scars that will last forever because of this. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY ACNE TREATMENT!!! He sounds intelligent and I'm sure he is but I think his methods for this type of dermatological problem is outdated. Please please do not go to them for acne. I will never forgive what it's done to my face and the problems I now have because of it.

The surgery itself went fine afterwards it took about a week longer than I was expecting to get back to work. My main complaint is that after spending all that money and going through all the agony of recovery I got zero results. My neck looks exactly the same as it did before the surgery very disappointing. I would not recommend. Although Dr. Sullivan Offered me spa memberships to try to compensate, I decided to waive that because of my lack of trust. No other options were provided to me when I had the neck surgery other than a mini facelift which did not work. If you want a neck lift go elsewhere.
