This is such a popular spot that Ive been going to for a couple of years. Their hydradermy facial keeps my skin looking absolutely delicious. I always add on derma planing and the neck treatment because you know... age! Katarina is skilled and will have your face glowing with a little bit of tingly from the peel. Next up, I'm going to look into doing a full chemical peel for a fully brightened look. I would advise against trusting any offers that you see online for this place. It was advertised on instagram that 60 units of dysport was $169 and when I arrived they explained that was only going to cover one area and that it would be $679 for forehead, 11's, and crow's feet. If I decided to use botox it would be over $700. The person working here apologized for the false advertising and said they are working with their marketing team in Denver to rectify. She actually said she did not like the campaign as it was misleading people. If that's the case then honor the offer, you are responsible for the marketing of your establishment. They offered to do one area of my face and I opted out because why would I do that and also it's a total bait and switch to get you in the door. While I was there I made an appointment at peachy to get botox for a flat rate of $425. I should have known the offer was too good to be true and it was a total waste of my time. read more

Molly and Tori took such good care of me. This was my first ever experience getting lip injections and I've never felt so at home! They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. They encouraged me mid-procedure and distracted my mind by tapping my leg to help get through any mild discomfort. Tori's (I hope I didn't get the names mixed up!) expertise made the experience smooth as I suffer from a little bit of neck muscle shake when I focus on holding myself still. Sighhh... another business goes downhill post-Covid? I've been coming to ProMD for three years for Botox and fillers. I continue to like their discounts (they match Groupons!) and I think their practitioners are strong. Front desk/logistic team did not come out of the pandemic unscathed, however. If you're coming to Annapolis, expect busy a lobby and inefficient check-out. They forgot about my appointment and, had I not said something to a nurse's aide who walked by (literally the only person I could flag down), I would have waited much longer than the 35 minutes I already waited. They've also booked me with the wrong provider in Annapolis and it's not a guarantee they'll answer the phone when you call to book. (Haven't experienced these problems in their Arlington office.) So, like most places now: logistically frustrating and possibly understaffed? (FYI, first time customers: there are incentives for returning customers to leave a positive review. I still am happy with the Botox they do, but let's be upfront about the incentive piece.) read more

Skyla is AMAZING. I've gotten my lips done a couple times before and every time was painful and I wasn't pleased with the results. When I came in for my appointment we spoke about goals and she numbed me up and got to work. She noted a vessel and made sure to avoid it-made me feel so comfortable! I went into the Annapolis office on July 22nd. I bought a Groupon for 20 units of Botox. I decided to get the units injected between my brows. I posted a before picture for review. I've never had problems with acne, scarring or any real skin problems. I thought Botox would help the lines formed from my squinting and furrowing my brows. The office staff was pleasant, informative and the office itself was very clean. I believe Amy did the injections and she showed me exactly what in-between my brows should look like two weeks post-visit. She demonstrated by showing me her forehead and saying it should be frozen like this. Quick and easy visit. In and out in 15 minutes flat. On August 2nd, I noticed that my treated area was not 'frozen'. And I had severe acne (I have no better word to describe these raised, discolored bumps). I returned to the office the following week and Amy injected 30 units of Dysport. She explained that some muscles need more units. The office was extremely accommodating and solution-oriented. I was very undecided about getting Botox, but as I explained to them, my brother suffers from a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and has extreme spasticity in his arms. He's been getting Botox for 12 years. If it's safe enough for a TBI patient, I felt it would be safe enough for me. My body doesn't agree. It is rejecting it. My acne has worsened and darkened. My brows look puffy. My forehead is shiny all day, every day. Gosh, I regret giving injectables a try. I'm not sure that the office could have predicted this outcome. I don't think it was anything they did wrong, per se. I thought the Groupon would save me money and help a cosmetic issue. I found that I will end up spending more money on a chemical peel or something to cure this constant breakout on my face. My skincare routine has not changed yet my skin is in the worst condition it's ever been in. I should've left well enough alone. See photos- orange nails = two weeks before Botox. Went for a hydrofacial which everyone at the office recommended. Stated that it was super relaxing and you leave feeling refreshed. I'm not sure about that. Maybe in a couple days I'll see if all this pain was worth it but my face is still on fire 4 hours after treatment and my forehead is covered in abrasions. My technician was pretty rough throughout the facial. I was tense the entire time. It did not feel relaxing at all. And I ended up paying $300+ for this facial. read more
