I get home and try it and it tasted nasty so I decided to open up a few of them and see what was inside these pre rolls . All the pre rolls I opened up were just leaves of the plant packed in these cones . I called them and let them know and their reply was it's not our product . It's in your stores on your shelves and your bud tender suggested it saying it was awesome . It also says premium pre rolls on the package . Just really bad false advertising . Pure West, unlike other dispensaries, lets the patient use debit cards. The only con with this is that their provider charges $5. My financial institution also charges $5. Ten bux to use the debit card is steep, so go with cash in hand. They also have an ATM available. The appointment policy is a perk as well. Call and arrange your own personal time with little wait. Obviously, I love Pure West, as evidenced by this stellar review. However, about a year ago I couldn't give a review this positive. Changing management and it's overall business model has turned this place around. If I could change one thing it would be the pricing structure for flower. One issue I had was with an employee not getting the exact strength of the THC cartridges I needed. See, I am on a fixed income and I cannot afford to get a license for my neuropathy condition. Our state has these outrageous taxes on cannabis, as well as the "growers" making the price point pretty close to the previous prices when it wasn't legal. It's either my license for medical cannabis, or actually "having" the medicine for the next two weeks. The lack of THC in three of the six cartridges I bought, made me end up spending a week and a half in bed. It matters to people like us who don't use the cannabis for fun... we use it to be able to get out of constant excruciating pain and anxiety. Neuropathy sucks. I have visited this establishment several times now, and I am thankful for the "Kiva Pineapple Live Resin" gummies that actually work, and take my pain levels from a 10, to a 7 or 6... That is LIFE CHANGING. It's a shame how expensive these are! If I could safely afford these in bulk for the month, I wouldn't have to stay on OxyContin and Percocet.
