Since recreational marijuana is legal in Michigan, I had to make a visit to one of the dispensaries while in town. I live in Florida where recreational marijuana is still illegal (blows my mind), so it's always fun to check out dispensaries when you in a state that is legal. I thought I would be able to enter the building and look around but as soon as I pulled up in there parking lot someone comes out to your car to ask for your order. We pulled in to a numbered parking spot. As soon as we parked a guy came to the car asking if we needed a medical marijuana card. I explained we were only in town for a few days and just looking to get something for my mom for Mother's Day . Once we told him that, another employee came to the car to take our order. They are not allowing anyone inside at this time. We had to register under "Weed Maps" (luckily I already have that app downloaded on my phone) and go to their menu. I took a few minutes to look through their online menu and was pleasantly surprised to see the offered a variety of products including flour, pre-rolls, gummies, Oil's, etc. I was looking for a couple of pre-rolls that were either hybrid or Indica for my mom since she suffers from anxiety. I didn't catch her name but the person that was helping us out with ordering was very knowledgeable and friendly which helped the process so much and made the experience that much better. I ended up ordering two Cake Bake pre-rolls. It smelled so delicious . I'm waiting to see what my mom thinks about it once she tries it. The whole process was fast and enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try these products. I would download the Weed Maps app first to save a little time so you can go right into their menu once you arrive. They are located in Grand Rapids right down the street from John Ball Zoo. I'll be back next time I'm in the area. read more

Don't waste your time, I arrived 5 mins prior to close and was refused entry by security. Claiming they were already closed, when online and the front door are both posted until 9pm. As a mmmp I was extremely disappointed and when I asked to speak to anyone inside security refused even though I could see budtenders inside. They're are plenty of dispensary's within the area that I wish I would of went to instead. read more

Prices are reasonable for carts at least as that's all I've bought there, can't speak for other products because I haven't looked hard yet. Only comment really is that the staff can be kinda quiet, a little shy even if that's what it is, but they take care of business regardless and are definitely chill people. read more

We had very poor service here a couple of weeks ago. There was conflicting information between the person we talked to on the phone and the attendant, who was very rude. We had placed an order for pick up, but they were out of a few items, so we asked to look at a menu, and she told us that we should have known what was on the menu since we just placed an online order. Doesn't matter--we asked for a menu. We should be able to see one when we ask for one, and the guy on the phone told us to ask for a menu. She interrupted my friend, who was asking a simple question, looking for a simple answer. The attendant was not friendly and created a negative experience for everyone involved. Bottom line: we placed a big order. It is our tradition to tip well. She lost a $ 50 tip, and the company lost another order that we were going to place if we could have just looked at the menu. We wrote the owner an email to express our disappointment. but he never responded. This was two weeks ago. Won't be going back, and if you don't want to chance a negative experience, we don't recommend that you go there, either. read more
