I grew out my hair for a new hairstyle, told her what I wanted, and she cut it shorter than it's ever been in my life. Then when I asked about styling.... she tersely said blow dry and add product. I asked about this styling and brushes needed.... she was short with me and acted like she didn't have the time of day. Product? no suggestions, no advice for this new hairstyle. I'm still in shock. NEVER met a hairstylist so annoyed and unenthusiastic to deliver a fresh style. I stayed bubbly but It was all I could do to put on a happy face and walk out the door ... and then cried all the way home. And I'm not a crying person! Not only that, but she continued to help me throughout the holiday season when we both were having difficulty in sending the gift certificate. Although, I haven't gone there myself, I can sure say that the staff here is nothing but kind and loving to their customers.
