Told the representative that due to our ages, mid 70S and medical issues, we weren't interested. He left and returned with the owner. The owner offered us a 2 -year membership plus an Alaskan cruise, 2 airfares and 2 nights in a hotel in Seattle. So we signed up. The following week, I looked in the package for the information for the Alaskan cruise, it was there. I contacted the rep who was going to check on it. When after 3-4 days and I didn't hear from him, I contacted the owner. He sent me the brochure for the cruise. No information on the airfare or hotel, so I contacted him again and finally got it. I paid the activation fee for the Caribbean cruise and tried to make reservations and after several go rounds, they refunded the fee and said they no longer deal with the travel company. Then I investigated the Alaskan cruise which also required an activation fee and $499 per person. I texted the owner Robert several times and requested a refund an to cancel our membership. He stated he would try to resolve the issue. No heard back from him. Sent 2 more texts requesting cancellation and a full refund. No response. STAY AWAY

Quiet, secure, restaurants galore within a few minutes walk, the beach virually across the street. The jacuzzi, essetially just off the rear balcony, is a terrific amenity, especially at night when you can soak under the stars. There's also a pool and small gym. Staff was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Good communication and response. Apartment is well furnished and supplied. Furnishings are not high end, but very nice all the same. Highly recommended.

While I was in full-on panic mode, a friend recommended I contact Luxury Rentals Miami Beach. She explained that going through Luxury Rentals might be easier and more cost effective than booking through the hotel or on one of the many "discount" sites online. Boy, was she right! Making the reservation through Luxury Rentals was easy breezy. The morning of check-in we were greeted in the lobby by a member of their staff who facilitated the process and took care of all of my concerns directly with the hotel. My friends and I felt like royalty! If you're looking for a vacation rental and like being spoiled, avoid driving yourself crazy and just have the folks at Luxury Rentals take care of it for you.
