The service representative was extremely helpful and caring about our situation- even arranging for a ride to a local car rental agency. The service department gave us periodic updates on how the repairs were progressing which was appreciated. The repairs were done quickly and as far as we can tell they were done "right". I would not hesitate to recommend Honda of Cleveland's service department to any Honda owner.
