Renting a vehicle from Easy Auto Rents in Lake Havasu City AZ was the most efficient and easiest rental car experience I have ever had. Bruce is the ULTIMATE professional in every way. He delivers and picks up your vehicle so you never have to wait in line. His business is THE MOST AFFORDABLE IN LHC. I have known him for several years when he has ALWAYS HELPED ME OUT EVEN IN MY EMERGENCIES!!! 4 years earlier when I rented a car from Bruce, he had driven me to the Needles Amtrak station (40 miles from LHC) to drop me off for the train. That night IT WAS 2 HOURS LATE!! And he actually insisted on hanging out until I was able to board the train because it was so late at night and Amtrak does not have a secure boarding station. This generous act just shows how Bruce cares and is dedicated to the safety of all his customers. This year, I was coming in on the Amtrak from Needles at the 'ungodly' hour of 11:45 pm...and I hadn't been able to arrange a shuttle because WiFi doesn't work consistently on Amtrak. I had his number in my contact list and called him at the LAST MINUTE. Even though he had a work appointment early the next morning, he showed up with a car. His cars are always super clean and he even generously gave me a no-cost 'upgrade' because he had one available. Bruce is polite, considerate of your requirements, and detailed in his attention to providing the highest customer service. Bruce is ABSOLUTELY.... THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN... He is totally dedicated to his business and providing complete customer satisfaction. There are only 2 other auto rentals in LHC at the airport. Both are more expensive, inconvenient, not available 24/7, and won't deliver the car to you. I'd like to give him a 10 star rating, but it doesn't exist...so I can only give him the highest rating of 5...far beneath the rating he truly deserves! I reserved a Ford focus & ended up in a 2 seat saturn. After returning the vehicle we did the inspection. Minor fixes Bruce said & took me home. Couple hours later I'm being accused of all sorts of "damages". I told Bruce the car stayed in valet all weekend. Bruce is a con & a liar. Im still looking for the burn Mark in the picture of the passenger seat Bruce has accused me of doing RENTER BEWARE!!!! Bruce, you & I both know you're not telling the truth. When you go to Vegas, you don't drink in any car. You walk the strip or Fremont when drinking. I didn't drink in the car I may have been late in returning the car, but I did call & text once I was in town to return the car on the day I said I would return the vehicle. Which we had agreed to the time of return to be 5pm on 8/11. Besides, it still doesn't allow Bruce to inspect the car a second time without me being present. It's unethical to do so. Bruce didn't write out a list of damages on my receipt, he waited until he was able to send this said list via text. As for renting from Enterprise and Bruce alleging Enterprise not willing to do business with me? Way off base. I am a plus member with Enterprise and I'm kicking myself for not going with Enterprise, who actually had a fleet of cars from east to west coast. Where EZ Auto Rents has what? Bruce said 7? I only count 4 in his own pictures on his websites. Bruce even replied to this review. Even stated "let the court decide". I just found out by text that he isn't taking me to court, but rather let the amount go to collections. I believe he is too cheap to pay the filing fee to the courts. read more
