The dispatcher and 98% of the drivers are the most handicapped person intolerant rude crass a*****es that in the 17 years of having to use ride services I that I have ever experienced . They are lazy even if you tip 50% which I usually do. The last straw was my recent ride they clearly saw both my husband and myself were outside of the grocery store with two walkers and about 10 bags of groceries ( a cart full ) they did not even roll down the window to ask if we needed any help . I am 64 and he , my husband is 57 . A stranger ,very beautiful female approached the car when we were getting in and asked " if I show you my boobies can you take me around the corner" they said "' !!! Yes !!!" And she did in front of them , myself, my husband and anybody who was outside the store it was 4 pm on a Friday afternoon and this is a very popular grocery store and is usually quite busy .She climbed in after the two men in front (:the driver and another man ) got an eye full as well as my husband They drove us home my husband and myself in the back seat of the van with the lady:sic and when we arrived in front of our apartment myself and my husband got out and the driver drove off with all of our groceries still in the van . I called him immediately And told him that he still has all of our groceries in the van he said "'oh I thought you two had your stuff when you got out" I asked him to return with my groceries and he said "'iguess so but it might be a while " I told him that I had meat and milk and he said "'it won't go bad" my husband was tired so he went upstairs and it was 104Dgrs outside and I sat outside on the sun for 27 minutes. The flasher who said she was just around the corner was still with them and he saw that I had my walker and the huge heavy metal luggage cart , he looked at me from inside his air conditioned van and didn't even roll down the window to say Do you need some help or sorry I rolled the heavy cart to the back of my the van and the door was locked so I walked to the drivers door knocked on the window he opened the window and I said could you please at least open the back door And he said and I quote ,''i guess so but you are very rude " I am not making this up . He got out and threw my groceries onto the cart and I specifically said ARE YOU SURE THIS IS EVERYTHING and he said yes jumped onto his car and took off again like a bat out of hell again i maneuvered the huge cart upstairs and realized that my 22$ pack of toilet paper my $18 pack of paper towels and a $9 broom and dust pan were still in his van . I called 16 times from 445 pm to when they closed at 12am and no answer I left messages each time finally at 7 am Saturday dispatcher answered the phone and I was mad by now so my husband got on the phone and politely explained that our items were mistakenly left in the van and could somebody please return the items ( he was very polite ) and dispatcher said and again i quote "'i am not your daddy and I am not your mommy and if you can't check the van when you get out it is not our problem " we are on fixed incomes and 35$ maybe chump change to some people but it is alot to us . So if you are disabled do not use 5 Dollar Holler or don't expect to be treated with respect read more

This dick who picked us up on Friday October fourth at 12:44 picked me and my boyfreind up told us it was a six dollar ride and then at the end wrote down my credit card information and told me it was 8 dollars. During the ride he kept making unwanted eye contact. I think he was touching himself I wasn't sure but he was very disrespectful and rude. He was chubby with a dark pony tail and a neck beard. Our truck broke down in Parker when we were there to pick up our boat. When we called AAA they said only two people could ride with the driver. Uber and Lyft were too far from LHC and wouldn't pick us up. All the taxi company's were closed. We called 5 Dollar Holler and spoke to Julie. I explained to her what was going on and she said that they were closed but would call her boss to see if it was ok to get us. Not even 5 minutes went by and she called us back to say she could get us. In the meantime AAA came and the guy was able to fit us all (including our 3 small dogs). Been taking this company for years on trips to havasu. Our regular driver Paul has become extended family when we are in havasu. Always a really nice. Rates are excellent. He is able to accommodate large groups very easily. When quoted a time he always spot on. He even got a friend who was lost in havasu without an address home after our friend gave Paul our description and idea of where our was and Paul remembered us and gave got them home. Best way to get around when drinking at the river. Not only are the fast and friendly they are honest. Friend left some nice glasses in the van and didn't even realize. The next day we randomly had the same driver taking us to the water and he says hey did any of you leave some glasses yesterday. Score got the glasses back. I went to take the shuttle service after being gone for several years and I'm just shocked at the disrespect and lack of customer respect displayed by their driver during the day. When somebody's talking to you on the phone you don't just hang up on them, really a bad way to start a ride and after sitting with them I decided I'd rather not give him my money and pay an extra fee for somebody that is nice and considerate so I ordered an Uber.
