rock solid construction. our sectional was made to order with the exact measurements for our walls, cushion 40 inches deep and man it is perfect. we were able to choose the exact fabric and fill material and it's amazing. I would highly recommend easy buy decor and we have to everyone that has asked about our couches. It's perfect for napping and our 6yo wants to sleep on it at night rather than his full size bed. I can't blame him it's damn comfy. In the future we will get it re-upholstered with them since they offer that. Wooowww .......could not find a word to describe how happy we are with our sofas. They came and got measurements since we wanted them to fit just right. They gave us recommendations as well but they were not like those sales people that try and make you get something you don't need. AMAZING! Tina was so so so helpful as we designed our customized couch. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We ordered on Monday and the couch was ready by Friday. We requested delivery on Saturday and received a two hour window + a confirmation when the delivery guys were on their way. The guys were SO FAST and SO CAREFUL! They got the couch up a parking garage ramp and a flight of stairs without any issues. They put together the couch for us, too. Our couch is absolutely beautiful and I'm so thrilled with it! I ended up being very disappointed with this place, I thought finally we have a spot we have so many projects we wanted to have them help with. And it's family owned, the people were nice, but horrible in their communication skills, my recommendation to any shopper is to not pay in full. Pay the least possible, we paid in full because they were very nice and are a family owned business. They said they would call the day before to let us know about the delivery, they did not call, the woman said my phone just rang and rang....um we are not in the era of landlines I have a cell phone and it should go to voicemail so caught her in a lie. The delivery truck just randomly showed up at our house in the middle of dinner.We bought a mattress so the room was not ready for the new mattress because we did not receive the phone call. While we are calling and arguing with them the delivery truck just leaves , idk if that's some type of tactic but definitely unprofessional. I definitely think if we had put down the least amount the delivery process would of been much more positive because they are not paid in full and they would want everything to go as smoothly as possible to get paid. Lesson learned, this place needs more experience in the customer care department just cause someone paid you in full doesn't mean you treat them worse then someone who hasn't paid you. They definitely made us feel like our business was not valued since they had collected payment in full they no longer cared to ensure our furniture delivery went smoothly and positively. read more
