Went today because of the great reviews it had. We didn't even last five minutes in there. We came in and it seemed empty at first. Then we saw a man at the very end that seemed to be eating and watching something. My boyfriend loudly said "hello how's it going?!" and we were ignored. I apologize I forgot the name of the man that helped me, but he was wonderful and helped me find a bed. He provided me with websites to explore the type of bed I was looking and when I found one I wanted, he checked from his stack of catalogs and found the bed. Next was the mattress, which you can try out, the variety was from firm to plush, at least that's what I tested in the store. The price for both bed and mattress (with box spring) were VERY reasonable. Free delivery (I'm local in the area, this cost may vary per customer), low cost installation (this cost may depend on what furniture you have being installed) I definitely would recommend Nice Furniture.
