We chose to work with Easy Events initially because they were a DJ and coordinator pair so it would make for a simpler vendor experience. Upon our interview we knew we made the right choice! These two are fun, friendly, extremely detail oriented, and go above and beyond in their services. The whole process was made easy with how well their planning forms are structured. At the wedding, anything that needed changing or questioned, Jennifer was so calm and collective and took my thoughts into consideration and took care of it in a snap. I didn't have to worry about anything. The music selection can be as detailed or as hands off as you choose. We chose all of our songs. Jake read the crowd so well that when everyone was getting down he never stopped the fun by putting on a slow song. The party kept going! And we love it! Several people afterwards said that was the funnest wedding they've been to. Over all we give them an 11/10 and recommend them to all of our friends! read more

First off I need to shout at the top of my lungs JENNIFER IS A MUST HAVE!! I underestimated the power of this woman. She handled everything from start to finish with excellence. At first I didn't think I needed a Day Coordinator and I almost messed up big time by not booking her services. There were mishaps that happened the day of my wedding but I didn't deal with any of them. She took care of it all and even went to bat for me when a vendor messed up big time. I am so thankful for her and Jake. Speaking of Jake, he killed it with the music. I had a very particular vibe we wanted and the selection of music was going through eras as the night progressed. He pulled it off flawlessly. If you're reading this and debating on them over others just pull the trigger with these two. You will be glad you did when all is said and done. read more

I had a backyard wedding in October of last year, I have little to no experience in planning so I knew I was going to at least need a day of coordinator. I was originally only looking for a DJ at the time when I found Jake and Jenn and I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without either of them! Jenn is so sweet, smart, and very responsive! She was so organized and was there for me anytime I needed. They were both able to travel from Redding to Chico at an affordable cost. When it came down to the day of they were both timely and so friendly I felt like they were two of my friends at the wedding! Their whole setup is extremely professional and Jenn was literally prepared for every scenario before I even knew I needed something. You NEED easy events for your wedding! Thank me later read more

These two are a MUST HAVE. Jennifer will make your wedding vision come to life!! If you are at all on the fence about whether you need a day of coordinator, seriously just book them!! And get her for the rehearsal too. She will make your special day run flawlessly, even if things don't go exactly as planned with a vendor... while you sit back and get to enjoy your special day, she makes things happen. Jake also kills it with the music!! Just hire them already!!! read more

Absolutely incredible!!!! Jake and Jennifer were a huge part of why our wedding was so awesome. Weddings are my favorite type of party. And I knew that having a good DJ was key to having the best party. I spent over a year agonizing over the perfect playlist. When talking to Jake I tried to explain the vibe I was looking for and the type of music. Little did I know he would absolutely nail the vibe I was looking for and take the music I had selected to another level by adding his own flair and keeping the people dancing for 4 straight hours!!!! It didn't matter the audience. He was able to get everyone out there moving and shaking. Plus the audio system he brought was phenomenal and how he got right up next to the dance floor so he could be a part of the party and keep the stoke high was the best. As far as Jennifer goes we had never heard of a DJ/coordinator combo but I am so glad we did. We did not have a typical separate coordinator but Jenn helped us out remotely along the way in our planning process and when it came to the day before and day of the wedding she was absolutely crucial in keeping people organized, solving would be disasters, and allowing our family and us to relax and have a good time knowing she was absolutely determined to make the day a success. Seriously this women is somehow able to be in 5000 places at once. We were so impressed with both of them and would recommend them to any one of our friends or family. read more

We hired easy events to DJ, my daughters wedding. As most, we, knew what we wanted and had the wedding all planned out. Therefore, we did not hire a wedding coordinator. but for a small additional fee, they offer a DJ "and" A day of wedding coordinator. This turned out to be the best decision for the wedding. Jake has always been the best DJ, working endlessly to please his clients, however Jennifer's professionalism and precise details for the day of the wedding, taking on the responsibilities of coordinating everything on the day of the wedding and working seamlessly with the DJ, made everything run on time and smooth! There is no amount of money, that can replace the peace of mind and professionalism they bring! Thank you guys! great job! read more

Where do I even begin to say how amazing Jake and Jennifer with Easy Events are. We hired them for our wedding, and from our first meeting our expectations were not only met but exceeded. Jennifer help set a easy to follow and on point time line for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, and Jake helped us pick the perfect songs for all the right moments. The day of the rehearsal we had a large wedding party that were hard to wrangle and Jennifer was able to get everyone on the same page so there were no questions for the big day! The day of the wedding they were on time and Jennifer even helped put the final touches on the decor and last minute details. She was familiar with our caterer and photographer and she worked side by side with them seamlessly. Our ceremony ran flawlessly and the sound for an outdoor wedding was perfect. Initially I wasn't going to hire a coordinator, thinking I didn't need one, LADIES do yourself a favor and get Jennifer, she made it so that I didn't worry about a single thing. I was able to enjoy my day, stress free. Now to the party! Jake was epic! He had a great mix of new songs and come classics that had literally everyone on the dance floor including grandparents! We had so many compliments on the music and the vibe that it gave the night. We went to 6 weddings that summer outside of our own and hands down Jake and Jennifer made ours a night to remember! They are professional, yet such fun people that they were able to enjoy our day with us. I cannot say it enough how wonderful Easy Events is! read more

I have to start by immediately telling you that the first time I met Jen I instantly loved her. My daughter and I were planning her wedding and we needed a dj. We heard about Easy Events and gave them a call. I didn't even realize at first that not only do you get to have Jake Easy be your dj but his wife Jen can be your wedding organizer! Wow, what a bonus that was for me!!!! Jake and Jen were both so incredibly easy to work with and I knew after our first meeting that they would be perfect and I was not disappointed. Jen was completely organized and left no detail undone. As mother of the bride, you of course want the wedding day to go as perfect as possible! We spent a year and a half planning and it all comes together in the last couple of days. Jen and Jake were right there with us, handling the rehearsal and absolutely taking all the stress off me on the wedding day. Not to mention, Jen was always available to me with even my most simplest of questions. I can't imagine the big day without them!! I got to spend the day as a momma should, taking in all the joy of watching my beautiful daughter prepare for the wedding of her dreams. No matter what kind of event you are planning, don't do it without Easy Events! They are an amazing team and I can't tell you how much I appreciated both of them!!! I know you only can give five stars but I would give them 10!!! read more

We're from out of town…read more(about three hours away in Sonoma County), so we came a couple months before and reserved what we needed (tents, chairs, tables, dishes and silverware). We made adjustments about a week before according to our RSVPs. They delivered everything and set up the tents the day before. Everything went off perfectly. Since they are closed Sundays (and didn't charge us for it because of this fact) they came back and picked up everything on Monday, after my wife and I had already gone back home. It could've been a real nightmare for us having this all happen without us being around, but RT&E was professional, helpful, and took care of everything we needed. We could not be happier with the whole event.

Im going to start this by saying we had a backyard wedding, and could not have done it without Jennifer and Jake. Lets get into it. I heard about Jake and Jennifer because they were the coordinator/dj at my best friends wedding. I saw firsthand what they did for their bride and groom and immediately knew i wanted them for my wedding. A month before our wedding, they had written a timeline down to the minute of the events! The moment we sat down and went through it, my stress disappeared. We did a walkthrough and they helped pick placements of everything, and we gave Jennifer complete creative freedom to decorate the entire ceremony and reception area! Best decision of my life. Now getting into the day of, we were short silverware and plates and Jennifer went home to get her own that matched so we wouldn't be short. The arbor we had was too unstable on the uneven ground, so Jennifer again went home to grab her own Arbor for us! Jennifer was available whenever i texted or called even for silly questions. Now for the DJ, Jake being the voice i heard on the local radio growing up, i thought it was so cool he would be dj'ing our wedding! He brought that same energy to the dancefloor and was so receptive to the crowds energy! Our videographer said it was one if the smoothest weddings he had been to. Easy events is hands down one of the best event companies you can work with! Working with Jake and Jen is low stress and they strive to make their clients happy. Jake is undoubtedly an amazing DJ who has the ability to read the crowd and play whatever music they are responding to. And Jen is meticulous, organized and listens to her clients wants and needs instead of pushing her ideas on them.
