We used C & C Catering for a 10 year anniversary party for about 60 people. From start to finish they were EXCELLENT to work with - very professional, were able to work with all of our requests and at a very reasonable cost. Most of the time I have at best an expectation of mediocre food at wedding type events - the food that C&C brought for our event was a Mexican based theme and very good. Everything tasted great and was well done. They did a great job of presentation, having people available to help keep everything running and ensuring the food service went without a problem. I would not recommend Josh Cleveland and C&C Catering to anyone. We had a great tasting a few months before our wedding, at which Josh told us all about his culinary training and his experience catering high-end, elevated events. Even though his pricing was almost double our other options, we wanted to give our guests a great experience. Food was our number one priority at our wedding. We paid extra for a plated dinner. When our wedding day came Josh was at least an hour late to arrive and didn't bring adequate staff to execute food for a cocktail hour + a 2 course plated dinner for 50 (3 different proteins, 4 different sides, a vegetarian meal, and some kids meals). He was the only person in the kitchen before dinner, and there was only one server bringing food from the kitchen to 50 guests. Josh didn't serve our agreed upon menu, and the food preparation was poorly executed (think bagged vegetables tossed into boiling water, with little to no seasoning). Food trickled out of the kitchen, with some guests waiting at least an hour for their dinner. What I've described is just a subset of everything that went wrong. The bartending service that we hired through Josh and C&C also fell short. Josh deposited our check on our wedding day. After our wedding I let Josh know that we were not happy with his dinner service and he's made no effort to address our complaints. The whole experience was a black mark on our wedding day. I called C&C to cater a memorial service at a residence in Cottonwood. From the moment Josh called, I knew we were in good hands. Not only do they specialize in barbecue and smokers (perfect for what we needed), Josh was kind and accommodating when it came to arranging things. Josh assured me that my family and I would be the guests, not the hosts, with everything taken care of so that we could focus on the memorial. Due to the nature of the event, I wasn't able to get a solid head count. When I called 3 days before the event to add an extra dish of mac n cheese (to stretch servings if we had to) C&C was accommodating! They added the dish without charging us for extra settings too. We opted for linen service and I'm so glad we did - since BBQ really needs real plates and knives. Glass cups and ceramic cups made all the difference. And they didn't charge us when a glass was broken, thank goodness. The drink service included flavored water and minted iced tea along with a coffee service for dessert. We provided beer and wine but C&C provided the tub, ice, and even a bottle opener. Our menu included: - Sweet Rolls with Whipped Honey Butter - Salad with Cucumber, Mint and Radish - Plain Mac N Cheese - Jalapeño Mac N Cheese - Roasted Squash with Chopped Garlic - BBQ Chicken with Smoked Apple BBQ Sauce - Roasted Garlic Rubbed Tri-Tip - Chocolate Cake with Espresso Ganache Everyone RAVED about the food! I LOVED the jalapeño mac n cheese. The tri-tip was peppery and full of garlic. Delicious on the sweet rolls as a sandwich. And everyone oohed and ahhed over the grilled zucchini. The service was prompt, courteous, efficient, clean and friendly. Nick and crew set up, left for a while and came back to clean up and break down. I cannot recommend C&C enough! read more

We hired C & C to cater our wedding. They were so professional, very flexible with menu items and last minute add-on's and changes. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious!! We received a TON of compliments on the quality and quantity of food. They came very highly recommended by other vendors and caterers - which speaks volumes to be complimented by others in the industry and know what they are speaking of. Our tasting was DELICIOUS, but I must say, I think our food was even better the day of!! Their presentation was beautiful and elegant, we did not have to worry about a thing! We had several parties at C&C and recently had a babyshower in April. The food and the staff was amazing...... We decide to caterer for a 80th birthday, and the food was not good. We don't know what happened! The stuff filet and penne alla vodka was not good at all. The sauce was very light pink and had no taste. Our guest of 54 left half their plate. read more

We used C&C Catering for our annual summer company party after our other caterer had to bail last minute. Best thing that has ever happened to us!
