Easy nails did a phenomenal job!! nails look so amazing!! I had a full set of acrylic nails done and my daughter had her nails shaped and painted and they did such a great job on both . The guy who did mine was very thorough. Very impressed, price was good too. Highly recommen!! read more

Attended on May 27th to Easy Nail on King Street to request a fill with an almond shape with french manicure and white chrome. Initially a lady started my nails but was so slow that a man took over. My nails were lopsided and uneven- never experienced this before. Returned today to have them fixed and was told it was my fault for the crap job. The man continued to insult me and blame me for lack of their ability in doing nails. Highly suggest a fail in customer service, ability and integrity. Zero star rating -one just to post read more

Went to get my bridal nails done with my daughter and best friend. We booked our app and was surprised how busy they were. They overbooked. The staff were very easily irritated . When I was talking with my friend I moved and the lady yelled sit still and hit me twice with the file on the hand. Very impatient with my daughter picking what color she wanted and grabbed my best friends arm when she didn't give her hand right away. I witnessed another customer get upset because she was waiting for 30 min to get anything started with an appointment. I have to say the job they did was good but customer service was horrible. Lovely job! I got bio gel instead of acrylic. They look amazing! I even had a broken nail and she put a drop of acrylic on the corner to fill it out. Holly had loads of knowledge and she was very sweet. read more

Not super satisfied with the results or the services I received from this establishment. I had an appointment booked with my girlfriend and we had two VERY different experiences. The woman I got was not very friendly; I sat in silence for the entire time I got my nails done, aside from very quick confirmations on length and such. Aside from that though, no conversation was had. The actual service started very poorly, as I was not asked about what I was having done or anything (no distinction of whether I was getting gel or acrylic), and everything was very rough. I felt manhandled. My fingers were often swatted or thrown if they were in the way, which I tried really hard to keep them placed right, but my muscles aren't used to bending like that for that long and didn't know where they were supposed to be because I don't ever get my nails done(this was only my second time, first being five years ago). My cuticles were not softened or pushed back before the grinder/buffer tool was used on them causing all but three of my fingers to start bleeding. I was not the main focus of the employee's attention either. As the client in front of said employee, I feel that I should have been the centre of their focus for the most part, but often times when I looked up from my nails, the eyes of the worker were in totally different parts of the store. And it's one thing to look away for a minute, but when doing so, tools should not still be actively used on my hands. Many times the electric buffer went off of my nail and hit my already tender skin because the eyes of the employee were somewhere other then her work. Half way through my service, the person working on me had someone else take over and switched to a different client (who was getting the same kind of thing as myself, so it wasn't a matter of someone with a specific skill being needed). With the second employee there was still no conversation attempted either. I showed a reference picture and the first few nails went alright. They were supposed to be dark blue French tips that kind of swooped upward to one side and sparkle to join the two, and the first three do that. The other seven however just have basically the entire nail painted with the sparkles, so they don't match. They REALLY INTENSELY don't match so the other nails only look like they're only half painted. They look unfinished. Now as I have come home I have also noticed that they aren't smooth. The surface of the hardened acrylics is not level and has many dips and bumps in it. The bottoms of the acrylics are also very sharp. After they were completed, any polish that had gotten on my skin was not removed so I still have sparkle polish and blue polish on my fingers. They don't deserve a rating or any stars to be honest. From the moment we walked in the doors where they all sat there looking at you and speaking their language, and not greeting us in a friendly manner or seating us. We sat there for 15 minutes while others were greeted promptly and with respect. To the young man who is the only one we'd let touch us started to do my daughters nails. From the start he seemed to have an attitude or a bad day. When using levity and compliments on his previous work went with barely a smile. He made us really late for an appointment after the nail appointment. So when he started not only did he talk with the others in their language looking right at us in his language (rude and unprofessional) but seemed to be bothered because I wouldn't let him use the dirty implements he just used on others on my daughter. We came with our own and asked that anything he used on anyone not be used on her. I've seen it down before. He did the first rule you learn not to do when doing nails ( I've been hairstylist/nail tech for 20 years)...you never file down the sides to any great degree and especially not in order for a tip to fit and be placed. (You weaken and compromise the strength of the base that the nail adheres to). I couldn't see this from my seat, so yeah he filed my daughters nails on the side too close because he didn't have proper nail tips; which by the way are not big at all and have never had that problem. He was cutting corners and being lazy. So he did them like that and by the time we got to the car when I viewed them I knew he had just did a quick job and what would happen. So within the span of three hours one had popped off, within the week they all did. My daughter worked hard to earn that money and to be let down this way made me angry. When I to explain that we were just in he said yah I remember...I explained what happened he said to me in a matter of fact way, "well did you see her nails@?! I was floored and I said yes and the sides are not to be filed down to that extent to fit the tips and you left her own nails exposed without even trying to cover it with acrylic...we both know that, he said well I could find tips to fit them. And I said to him then you don't place tips on them you create one with a form. So with an attitude he said fine come in the next day at 1 and he will fix it. So we did...and as I'm sitting there waiting for him to finish my daughters nails who is 15 and she's quite shy he decides to bully her and says to her in front of everyone and embarrassed her to know end, he said how old are you and she told him and he said your old enough so next time there's a problem ask to talk to me instead of telling your mom because I don't want to have to deal with her again. I seen a look on her face from across the room so I asked what's wrong but she was to afraid to speak up. When we left she started to cry and told me what had transpired. I called and ripped him one about his lack of professionalism and bullying of my child and garbage workmanship. This place is completely unprofessional, dirty they could care less about turning out a good consistent product but rather get your money and get you out.I would never go back again I don't care if they were the last nail salon in Chatham. The young man is nice & does a good job except he cut my nails way to short. Then they sent me to the snot Holly for paint. Everything I asked for was an extra $10 ...I wanted sparkle $10, I asked for this pink with sparkle in it polish oh that's $10. So I ended up with a color that is NOT the color that was on the colour chart I picked & they r short n plain & cost $30 for a fill. I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've never had my nails done so I tried them because they are in the area. They use the same buffing tool that they used on other customers. She used a paper towel that she refold it and put it in a sandwich bag. That is poor hygiene. I was having French tips done then instead of white were a beige color because the top coat was old. All this on top of the fact that she was talking in her native language to someone across the room instead of focusing on what she was supposed to be doing. I was really disappointed.
