They were incredibly kind to help box the TV back up. They didn't charge for this visit even when I insisted they take some money for their time. I don't understand this company. It says that they are handymen and remodelers. I called for a…read morecouple of handyman-type jobs. I needed a switch replaced and a couple of bathroom cabinets and light fixtures installed. First, on the day they were supposed to come give me an estimate, they forgot about my appointment. Okay. Fine. A few days later the same guy comes to do the work. I don't really look too closely, but I say it's fine. Later, I realize there's paint peeled off the wall where he replaced the switch. And he didn't plaster over the old holes from the old light fixtures. The old hole and wire were full exposed in each bathroom. I show the owner who says he'll come over and fix it. Three times we had to reschedule. Three times. I work a full time job and then some. It's not easy for me to be at home waiting. Finally someone comes. It's not the owner. It's the same guy I complained about. How awkward. He plasters up the wall and seems ready to go. He said it was 5 minute plaster and would be dry soon. I asked if he needed the paint. The paint? Yeah, for the bathroom to paint over the plaster when it's dry. He looked at me like I had two heads. He eventually did it and hung the mirrors back up (yes, even with the wet paint). How could he not realize what was expect of him in this simple job? This company kind of just left me scratching my head. Maybe my jobs were just too small for this supposed handyman company.
