We used Mike with R-a-H to power wash the house including blow out the gutters and take care of our deck. 1st the power washing: oh my gosh our house was squeaky clean and smelled so fresh when they were done. I didn't see a single missed spot!! Very happy with how thorough they were. Also they initially told me they probably wouldn't get to me for 3 weeks (which I was totally fine with) and they called and came out 2 days later! The deck: I thought it was a total shambles but mike helped us understand by replacing a few boards and sanding we'd be good to go and it was perfect! I was referred by a friend when I talked about needing some work done on the house. Mike Sebecke came to the house and gave me estimates on powerwashing the rood and siding, and also power-washing and staining the deck. I felt the prices were reasonable and I decided to get everything done. The decision was to come one day and do the power-washing and the next week do the staining. He even threw in power-washing the deck wicker furniture for free. My wife called me at work after they finished power-washing and was actually overwhelmed with how clean and bright everything looked. I called to have 2 exterior doors installed. He said he could do the job in two weeks. Excuse after excuse later he didn't come to start the job for 6 weeks. After not finishing the first door he said he couldn't come back til the next week. The day before he was suppose to come he said he wasn't coming and it would be another week or two till he came back. Finally I gave up and found someone else to do the other door. SCAM SCAM SCAM watch out. This guy has real nerve. Last year we used him to clean our gutters. They did a decent job. A few weeks ago I come home in the middle of the day to see a bunch of guys setting up to do something on my house. I asked whats going on? They said their boss sent them there and I asked them to stop what they were doing. I called my wife she said she didn't call for anyone, so I asked them to pack it up and leave. Today I got an invoice in the mail for $150 that said this is the second notice and I will be sent to collections if I don't pay. It was the first letter we received. I called the number and I explained that we didn't order any service, mid sentence he cut me off and told me that he left us a message that he was coming and I should have called him to cancel if I don't want him to come. Really, really REALLY, are you kidding me! It reminds me of those CD scams from back in the day where you order one and then they keep sending CDs every month until you call to cancel but there is no one there to answer the phone when you call. The I proceeded to tell him that I caught them as they were setting up and no work was ever done. Then he said well if that's the case then fine I'll delete the bill. I was really lucky I had to pick something up that day and stopped by the house early. Stay away from this company. read more
