As others here have stated, this is a total scam. A complete and total SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY your information. They will take your information and $99 and that is the last you will hear from them...until your credit card is fraudulently used and your identity is STOLEN! If you do a Google search on how to renew or get a passport--this website is the FIRST to show up and it looks legitimate. Shame on Google and other search engines for allowing that. There should be a 'trigger' of some sort that Google and other search engines activate to prevent scam sites from popping up first. Smart people get scammed all the time simply because they trust what they find on searches and don't stop to think about it before they forge ahead and give away all of their information. There is only one thing you need to do to get a passport: Go onto the US State Department website (eforms.state.gov) and download the form. It is a very simple process and you don't need anyone else to help you through it. The legitimate US Government website is easy to navigate. If you need the passport quickly, they offer expedited services for an additional fee. I write this on behalf of my husband who caught on to the scam after he had given his credit card information but BEFORE he entered his social security number. That request tipped him off. He then IMMEDIATELY called his credit card company and they canceled his credit card, filed a 'dispute' of the charge (they will reverse it, guaranteed!) and he is filing a fraud report with the bank as well. So no harm no foul for him because he caught it before he gave information that would cause identity theft. read more

I would give this company a negative review if I could. Total SCAM, My husband and I 10 year anniversary is this year. We set up a trip to Punta Cana with another couple. Our passports needed to be renewed and Unfortunately my husband didn't pay close enough attention and we got scammed. I called and left multiple messages, no one ever called back. I emailed and emailed and finally was told I would receive a refund on both purchases, for my husband and myself equaling a total of $200. I have since emailed 3 or 4 times and do not get a response. I applied for my wife to renew her passport. They took the money and issued an online receipt. When asked what happens next, they replied, someone from our team will get back to you ASAP. That was their last correspondence. They have ignored all emails and phone calls made to them. When you call they have an answer machine that wants you to leave your name and number. This company is a SCAM! They created two passport applications for us with incorrect applications. We requested items to be fixed and they still sent it back with errors. On the third application it looked correct to my uneducated-passport-application eye but was denied by the passport office. We missed our vacation due to the incompetence of this company. All they give you is a form that you can get from the government. I have not yet been scammed but the odd thing is they charged tax on a service?? They filled out the form with the information I gave them and didn't finish the job by informing me what the postage would be so I had to take it to the UPS store anyway. I wasted $100. I immediately requested a refund. They don't answer calls and they've only responded twice to my hundred or so emails requesting a refund. When they finally did respond they said it would be processed in 15 business days and as of today we're going on 20 with no refund to my credit card and no response to emails or calls. My situation is similar to others who have posted reviews. I initiated a renewal for my passport and questioned why my social security number was needed. I decided to seek other options for my renewal. I had already provided my credit card number & was charged. I sent an email to Customer Service @ Easy USA Passport requesting a refund. I received a timely response stating the refund would be processed within 15 business days. I did not receive the refund within the 15 day timeline. I sent a second email requesting the refund 26 business days from the transaction date. Again my email was responded to stating: Due to technical difficulties, we were unable to process the refund. Your refund has been dubbed as "urgent" and we will process the refund as soon as possible. Rest assured that our agents are working on this issue, as we speak.We must humbly ask for a little more of your patience. I waited four additional days, no refund. I sent a third email, subject line stated "3rd request URGENT". My communication was very direct, reference to the reviews on YELP, as others were stating no refunds, fraud, and believed there business was a scam. To my surprise, I have received the full refund. Please don't do it! Not only did I respond to their email to contact me immediately as the "surprise" process didn't fit my timeline. Very misleading. They do not answer their phones. They do not return voice mails. They do not respond to emails until AFTER the credit card has cleared. When they did respond, it was an email saying too bad, so sad - essentially. They opened the email by quoting their no returns policy. What they have is a no customer service policy. I am also wondering what they might do with our data?! Others have written almost exactly what has happened to me. The whole service is fraudulent. When I requested a refund after realizing they don't do anything for your $99, I was told I would receive a refund within 15 days and I didn't. After 20 days I asked again and they said there was an issue and they would mark it as urgent and it would be processed in 5 days. That was 30 days ago, and they have stopped responding to my e-mails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and filed a dispute with my credit card as well. I too was taken advantage of on September, 2019. Everything looked reliable, but it was not. I have not been able to reach them nor have I received my passport. Absolute scam. They take your money and information. No assistance. The company never responded to the dispute with PayPal so at least I got a refund. I recommend signing up for some kind of identity theft program to help make sure they don't use the information they have. read more

I agree with the other posters; this company seems like a scam to me. Based on past experience I naively expected that a government site would be on the top of the list in a web search for government services - my bad (but thanks Google - how much did they pay to implement that scam !). Luckily I caught myself before giving them my SS# but unfortunately not before I'd paid $100 via my credit card. I stopped the process and asked for a refund which they said they'd provide within 15 days. After more back and forth with the company in which they've apologized for "technical problems" and that guaranteed that I'd get my refund I, surprise surprise, have not received anything, now after a couple of months. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and the IC3 and recommend others do the same, so someone can hopefully find enough on this company to shut them down and prevent them from duping too many more people. read more
