This includes blood work, EKG, blood pressure, body scan, and weigh in. I haven't started yet, still waiting for blood work results. Once their doctor reviews the blood work to determine if or which injection is appropriate then you can start. I am looking forward to starting tirzepitide hopefully Monday. This was my first experience with The Camp and as far as the gym, workouts, and trainers go I…read morethought it was a great place. I was a part of the 6 week Hardbody Challenge and the goal was to lose 5% body fat in 6 weeks. I would say I am quite proud of the work I put it during these 6 weeks and the trainers were amazing at pushing me to get better every day... and I did! I think one of the best parts about the challenge is that you have some "skin in the game." You need to put down a deposit and if you meet the goal you get it back, if you don't meet the goal... you don't. I don't care who you are, money is always a great motivator. The one thing I wish I wouldn't have listened to was the diet. It is a proven methodology for weight lose(super old school), however it's not a sustainable model to carry forward for the average person. I got half way through the challenge and wasn't seeing anywhere near the results I was hoping for with how hard I was pushing myself. So I did some research and drastically changed the diet from what they had prescribed and I noticed VERY rapid results from that shift. I was faster, stronger, had more energy, was feeling all around great and I burning fat like CRAZY!! So my one recommendation for improvements would be to re-evaluate the diet. For the average person it is outdated and not a sustainable model for a lifestyle shift.
