(and making it very clear that he or she had looked at nothing, or very little, on my chart to at least give the doctor an idea about Me and some of my health issues.) Dr. Ahmed seemed to see me as a person, and not just a 5 minute patient whose name was forgotten before exiting the room. Unfortunately, however, not much later came the problems with her staff, and also the staff at the facility. Most were rude, unprofessional, impolite, and seemed to think working as a medical "helper" made them much better than the patients, many of whom are well-respected, very educated, and hold important positions here in town. (Having nearly a Ph.D. degree and being a University instructor doesn't make me better than someone else.... but it also certainly makes me good enough to be treated professionally, and without being lied to by these young kids trying to cover their own mistakes and short-comings.) There were 2 of these persons who lied and tried to make me look like a fool........... and THAT was the end of my having any trust in this doctor because it seemed that she preferred to take the easy way and believe the lies of these kids without attempting to learn what had truly happened! AND from what I heard in the waiting room as many of us waited and waited, other patients were experiencing the same type of treatment with the staff and Dr. Ahmed. What a shame that this doctor is not paying attention to the number of patients never returning to her. Just because many different tourists come every year doesn't mean that one day this trade of 1 appt. per each vacationing tourist isn't going to run out. And when there are no longer any lines of tourists waiting, Dr. Ahmed is going to need those of us who are not snow birds! We local people who make Bradenton what it is might finally attain the importance we deserve. But by that time, we will have found the Doctors and Dentists who know how to treat all patients with the deserved respect and professionalism.... and we won't need these other medical names who still probably haven't learned that respect begets respect.

Beware of this place!!!! My Mother went to MD Now Urgent Care for a preop visit. They were to take…read morean EKG, urine test, vitals, and chest xray. She waited 3 hrs to get it all done. There equipment does not work. They had to take vitals 2 times, EKG took 5 times to get results, and they had to do a chest xray 2 times because they said the equipment was not working. The next day she received a call and was told she had pneumonia. They ordered 3 different antibiotics and was told to return 3 days after she finished the antibiotics for a repeat chest xray. When she returned, she waited 1.5 hrs for a repeat chest xray even though she was the only one in the waiting room. The next day, Tara the PA called and told my mom that she still had pneumonia and that she also had a nodule in her lung and wanted her to return to fallow up on the pneumonia and nodule. My mom reached out to her primary care Dr and her Dr requested the Xray report. My mom's primary care Dr said the report said she did not have pneumonia and that there were no nodules in the lungs. MD Now Urgent Care put my mom on 3 different unneeded antibiotics and made her think she possibly had lung cancer!!! This place should be shout down. They lie and take advantage of elderly in order to make money. I will be reporting this practice to Medicare to investigate fraud.

PA Kandyze being a new PA, however my mother commented "that's GOOD! She'll be fresh & just out of the most recent studies!" I took a chance & am very happy. Then I had the pleasure & honor of meeting the GYNO; double board certified, known as Dr. Jothi 2 days later when I needed clarification. She had the most unusual combination of radical kindness & wisdom that seemed to permeate the space. Front desk: Mirella was polite, efficient & helpful w/ a modest sense of humor. Kelly the $ person was also efficient, direct communicator, & most helpful. They have a spa filled with ALL kinds of beauty enhancers/procedures & I'll check them out next time I'm inside. ( which I cancelled due to medical problems, which is the reason why I returned the other day). Upon entering my exam room, she was quite unprofessional and condescending because I missed my follow up. I tried to explain but she kept cutting me off. When she did listen, I became a bit emotional and dropped a few expletives ( which I was scolded like a child for), but again there were significant findings in my health and I wanted her to listen to me. After more talking, I got a quick screen of ears, cardiac and pulmonary , and she went on to say she was referring me to 3 specialists and would no longer see me as a patient. Didn't think she'd even do that: she gave me the name of one, I called their office that afternoon and a few days later was called back without referral received. No surprises. To summarize from my long explanatory rant: go here if you want to be spoken down to and have no part of your care, and deal with a nasty front office staff who randomly returns your calls.

I received conflicting instructions on my pre-procedure prep from 3 different office staff members only to later learn, all three were incorrect. With the number of these procedures managed by this office, I don't understand how, nor why, the talk track is not the same based on the procedure scheduled. The staff were ill informed of the actual procedure I was having and provided me instructions based on that misinformation. Add to that the terrible abrasive attitude of one particular employee whose customer service skills were lacking and less than welcoming and engaging. Fortunately, both Monica and Leslie were amazingly kind, patient and compassionate, and my procedure went well. But my take away is this, if you must use this service provider, confirm and reconfirm and confirm one more time, to ensure you get the correct answer for the right procedure. After that, Monica and Leslie will take great care of you. You just got to get there.

Very short waits and friendly staff from reception to check out so I recommend this medical group. Dr. Mehanny, my cardiologist, did an excellent job discussing my case and answering questions. Dr. Saryeldin used to teach doctors to do echocardiograms so his visit was especially informative. Kim and Brian administered the treadmill stress test and made the whole experience enjoyable. A well run practice with easy parking, a spacious clean waiting room and Brighthouse wireless internet (if you have a Brighthouse account).

Then after I had seen the Dr., I turned to go back in to use the bathroom and she shouted "Where are you going!?". Thank goodness my husband was there and showed me the lobby restrooms. I was clearly very ill, and just because I have silver hair doesn't give her the right to be rude! So many different, more considerate ways she could have spoken to me. There was nobody else in the waiting room so she wasn't busy. Now Dr Aucar was lovely. He checked me out, reassured me and prescribed something for the problem.

This includes blood work, EKG, blood pressure, body scan, and weigh in. I haven't started yet, still waiting for blood work results. Once their doctor reviews the blood work to determine if or which injection is appropriate then you can start. I am looking forward to starting tirzepitide hopefully Monday.
