Ordered and paid for, the man said it will be in next week, puralator calls, wrong address entered, I must get Best Buy to call. I get there and tell them, they called today and puralator told them they have to call Best Buy, gives us the number, they called, Best Buy also cannot change the address. SO NOW IM OUT 900 DOLLARS!! I NEEDED THAT LAPTOP BEFORE TOMORROW!! NOW BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS WE WERE DENIED BY PURALATOR TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS, THE DAMN LAPTOP IS BEING SHIPPED BACK TO SURREY!! Do you think it can get worse?? Just wait it does, the woman says that they're just going to have to refund my money now and puralator says they have to return it. So I said fine I'll take my money back, OH BUT WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THE PRODUCT HASNT BEEN RETURNED TO US!!! What awful customer care, def no service or support whatsoever ever!! This is a very busy office and although Ms. Anderson has a great deal of support staff, none of them appear to be empowered to actually get anything done, or have much legal knowledge or authority. Ms. Anderson's office is often chosen by clients because it's established and well known but I would highly recommend going to a smaller company where you'll likely receive better, attentive service. Terrible experience with an established professional who clearly could care less.

First time she made me wait for hours... then yelled at some poor unfortunate person who had the unfortunate circumstance of working for her. And the numbers were wrong, when I pointed out the wrong interest rate she got really mad at me. I wasn't signing that paper until it was corrected. Recently she made me wait again and was extremely pushy about getting insurance papers and made it seem like she was inconvenienced about my closing date. I was not greeted, just "what do you want" when I walked in the door. Sorry that's your job to get the closing papers in order and she had lots of time. Do not waste your time going to see a rude and unhappy person -- see any other notary public in Terrace but her. By the way, this is the first post on yelp ever - she was so rude to me I thought I should warn others.

Horrible customer service, poor communication & well, I have no idea if they've even fixed the problem because I still have no computer. Not impressed.

However, I was preparing a few items tonight for my move out of town in a couple months when I made a horrifying discovery. While taking a break wrapping up a box of electronics I spilled some water from my water bottle on the ground. Two bugs, what looked like beetles, came scurrying out of a locker across from my own to drink the spilled water. Now, backpacking around SE Asia in my early 20s has made me very familiar with spoting cockroaches and other pests. I suspected they might be by the way they moved, so stomped on them killing one. To my dismay it was 100% a roach. The picture above is one I took right after I stomped it. I have NO idea why roaches are hanging out here. I have rented storage in Burnaby, Vancouver and Prince George, and I have never even seen a bug, let alone a roach. It's pretty surprising because this place is relatively new and looks clean enough that pests like this should not be an issue. I will have to open my kitchen spices and dry goods boxes tomorrow to see if the roaches have infiltrated MY belongings. If they have I will be pursuing this further with the owners. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for your storage needs as this is absolutely REPULSIVE!
