We got our artificial lawn installed last week in our backyard by Alternascapes and we are extremely happy with the way it looks and feels. What a difference with our troublesome lawn that was so difficult to take care of!! We don't have to worry about that anymore and have more time to relax and enjoy our yard! I'm also looking forward to seeing the difference in my water bills. We were spending a lot of money a year to water our old lawn. (Have you ever added up the cost of running sprinklers twice a week for a year?? It's insane!) A few years ago we were interested in synthetic grass and got a much higher estimate from another company. Then we also had large trees that have been removed since so it was the right time anyway. This time, after much research and talking to people that already has it installed, we chose Alternascapes. No only their price was better, the quality of the product is awesome, it looks and feels real! One of the problems we had in the past with contractors was that, once the deposit was made and the estimate signed, it was very hard to get in touch with them. These guys always answer their phone calls promptly, kept us informed of everything throughout the process and they were a pleasure to do business with. They showed up as promised, on time with an efficient crew which did a great job and cleaned up afterwards all in one day. Just completed a putting green as part of a larger pool remodeling effort. Delays with other portions of the project forced rescheduling the putting green numerous times. EasyTurf was understanding and flexible in spite of the delays and was able to schedule us quickly when we finally were ready to begin. Alternascapes is the only company in south Florida that I would recommend to install residential turf. I bid out 4 companies to install turf in my backyard. I thought I did enough due diligence on all the companies to feel as if all 4 were capable and was just going to hired off of price and how quickly it could get done. What a mistake. The yard took 8 days instead of 3 and the final outcome was laughable. I gave them a second chance to fix their sub par work and ended up removing them from my property 2 days into the second try. Scrambling to fix my error I called Alternascapes to come fix my worse than before backyard. They came 2 days after the call with a crew of men and worked into darkness for 3 days to fix my problem at the lowest possible cost. I'm an greatful for their hard work, professionalism, skill and cleanliness in getting my backyard back to my expectations. This all started with a visit and recommendation from a friend and neighbor. After seeing their flat rooftop with Easy Turf we knew we wanted it for ours. Michael came out and explained the whole process. He's such a kind and professional man. Very well versed on the entire system we had put in. We were told to expect 4 days for the installation. All day storms postponed our install by one day. The following day I think as many as six guys arrived - Manny was the guy I spoke with during the installation. He and his crew got the entire system installed in 2 days! And we had some atypical details of vents and weather heads they had to work around. They did an amazing job!!! We recently had our back yard covered with artificial turf and a putting green, and I cannot say how very pleased we are with every aspect of the installation! Our salesman, Jason, was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process to our complete satisfaction. The installation crew, Jagger, Jonathan, and Tony, were equally as professional. They worked non-stop (in 100 degree weather and intermittent rain storms) to complete the project. This is the best decision I made. Amazing company to have take care of your yard. Bruce is the salesman for my area, absolutely "no pressure" at all. He came out and saw what horrible conditions my front yard was in, recommend the Pet Grade due to me having 2 pit bulls that love to play ball. After talking with Bruce I was so excited and wishing the crew was already here working. After a few short weeks the work was started, Kenny and his entire team of guys were tearing the yard up. Within 3 days the job was completed. The final results are breath taking. Had the backyard done a month later. You will not be disappointed with this company. My neighbor just got this astro grass and it looks pretty good, before he was spraying Roundup brand non hodgkin lymphoma cancer juice on these stupid shells like every week. I was just thinking how many gallons of Roundup cancer spray go in Tampa bay every time it rains out! Different neighbor farther down just put down all these pebbles and the weeds already coming through, and its so lame pebbles or shells you can't go barefoot in your own yard especially the shells and what happens to cats and dogs when they run across the Roundup cancer spray and lick their paws? I glad my neighbor got this no more Roundup leaching or blowing into my yard. read more

From getting quotes with our sales person (always with a mask) to explaining how the different products are used and how their installation process is superior to other turf installers. The crew was exceptional during the 4 day process. Came early, to beat the heat, and completed the job in the promised time frame. 1-month in and we have not used our yard more in the 4 years we've owned our home. Wow! This is a great company. From my consultant, Jason Bennett, to Ken and David the installers, I cannot say anything but good things. All were professional, on time, and the resulting work looks and works great. I live in a neighborhood covered in mature oak and other trees and drainage and landscape issues are a real problem. EasyTurf not only looks great, the installation process creates an underlying "drain field" of compacted aggregate that allow water to drain down even when we have torrential Florida downpours. Jason Bennett installed some EasyTurf one year ago less two weeks. I just cleaned it up today and I thought I should register a comment. I'm not going to lie, we had to think long and hard about spending this kind of money on artificial turf, but a few years later, and I'm glad we did. This turf helps keep sand and grass out of the pool. I have two dogs that really enjoy it as well without tracking "stuff" into the pool or the house.
