I was relieved to receive the call because I enjoy shopping at Wades. The employees are great to work with, the store is always immaculate and they always have a great selection. I made a point to speak with the Manager to let him know I appreciated dealing with an organization with integrity. As a result of the outcome, Wade's will be my "go to" shop. Purchased a firearm from there. Had problems immediately. Sent it back to the factory and was told the ramp on the barrel had been "severely" altered and would not fall under warranty. Took it back to Wades, spoke with the Manager he said he would do nothing about it because "I" sent it back to the factory. What's the difference the barrel has been severely altered, the factory would have told him the same thing. He said they could give me a break on my "next gun". Fat chance of that happening. I now have a $700 wall hanger because of Wades Pawn Shop. DO NOT BUY GUNS (or anything) FROM THEM.
