They said it would take two days to fix my phone and the technician wasn't there that day. Attendant didn't even know how to find the serial number on my phone. After dropping it off, the ride when from there. It was a nice ride, web page login, disk information updated and your own personal Customer Service rep. Who does that anymore? Mitchell always answered my questions, even if they might have been already listed somewhere else, and even when out had a backup rep to take over. Great news on our disk drive, it as fully recoverable with a donor disk drive and they sent a pretty LaCie disk that looks like it should be on a race track. They even send the data encrypted in case (I assume) somebody intercepts the package. Nice feature.
