I was not able to attend the fine homegoing services of my Aunt Ollie Gene Freeman in Battle Creek on 3/25/2020. Another prior event posed a huge dilemma for my physical attendance. I had heard that zoom and such were being offered due to the plandemic but coming from Baldwin Michigan I am familiar from past how slow to 'no' services are and produce are to flow to those more remote places. I call and was overjoyed that your good business were on top of the modern "communications game" in affording the service which I easily tapped into to be a part of Aunt Ollie's great send off. I can not thank you enough for providing and being a part of my and every family's special memories and moments. The professionalism of the staff in customer service is def a Michiganer demeaner and wonderful compared to places here in the Bronx New York. It felt like a real Home preparation for a Homegoing ceremony. Often the care they receive are minimal, with narrow two track dirt paths and stonework that is in disrepair and grass that has been inexpertly maintained. Which is probably why I find visiting the Fort Custer National Cemetery to pay respect to the departed heroes I have met in my life a celebration of what is good and decent about this country. The national cemetery is an amazing place that honors our deceased Vets. It is exceedingly well maintained, it is open to the sky, and it's a place that we drive to at least twice a year to remember those who have left this plane of existence and to leave stones on their graves to let others know their loved ones have not been forgotten. (And I do wish that our vets were as carefully cared for before they passed, but I suppose that's another review.)

He took the lead and was very helpful in the initial stages of the process. In our first face to face meeting, Dale was very straightforward and was very open about everything. The way everything was presented made it very easy to make decisions. The viewing and funeral service ran smoothly. They had availability , came with 3 guys who were very nice and courteous. They took great care of our items unloading at the house and storage unit. I would definitely use them again.

I personally did not have a good experience with this moving company. They were an hour and a half…read morelate and did not call the notify me. I had to call multiple times the morning of my move after multiple confirmations prior. They told me they had no move prior to me that day and showed up with a rented truck and very few pads to wrap my furniture, which were requested in advance multiple times prior to my move. The owner was the only effective mover. He brought two others workers and I literally ran circles around one of them, as he put his monster energy drink on my antique furniture multiple times. It was very frustrating to watch the crew move my items, bumping into walls, set drinks on my furniture and not wrap my furniture, as requested prior to moving items. I had much better success with the big companies that are local movers. The prices were also better with other moving companies. When they went to close out my transaction at the end of my move, they forgot about my $100 initial deposit as well as miscommunicated the dollar amount giving me multiple prices. I will not use this company again and was not pleased with my experience.

Many large old trees provide shade, the grass is nicely tended, and the roads are easy to navigate with plentiful places to park a car while visiting. Fascinating old stones and monuments mix with newer memorials for a very interesting environment, and the staff is very helpful and informative should you have a chance to speak with them.

Unfortunately they were too far away to service my fridge, but they told me what most likely was the issue, and they answered my questions on the phone promptly.
