Chanelle is outstanding to say the least! We were planning on renting until our house sold and we bought another one. We had anther realtor that treated us like dirt when we were trying to rent; she would take days to call us back and send us listing that didn't even fit the criteria we talked about . She even told us to be prepared to be treated like a second rate citizen! Who says that? Not a professional for sure :( So, by the time we crossed paths with Chanelle we were pretty discouraged and frustrated with not getting any customer service, calls back, and just being treated poorly, etc. Well, then we met the wonderful Chanelle which listened to us, found us properties to look at, met us at the drop of a hat to look at properties she located and she even keep in communication when she was taking her son to college. She would respond to our calls/text immediately and even up to 10:00 PM if the situation required it. She is not only personable, professional and very genuine but also extremely committed to helping us in any way she can. Her personality is so warm and understanding that is made us know she was going to make this happen for us. I would not go ANYWHERE else to rent or buy a house. Her integrity and professionalism take the worry out of renting/buying. She also speaks very highly about Mr. Eaton and everyone that she works with. She said treating people with respect as a renter brings back the client when they are ready to buy and the trust has already been established. This is their philosophy and I have to say she delivers that and so much more. Trust me when I say that she set the bar so high for other realtors to catch up. I was in the midst of a somewhat immediate move due to selling both my home and business in Georgia and needed to find a rental home in Florida ASAP. Fortunately or unfortunately for me, my home in Georgia had 9 offers in two days. What did I do? After several failed attempts to contact other Realtors in the Lithia, FL area I finally got in touch with Sissy Martinez at Eaton Realty. To this day, I have NEVER received a return phone call from the "Rental Specialist" at Fishhawk Realty. Keep in mind that I not only reached out to her on FOUR separate occasions, but also spoke to the owner once letting him know of my frustrations. All to no avail. I get it! There is not a large commission to be made on a rental property. Then don't advertise yourself as a rental specialist and waste my time or yours right?? Back to Sissy Martinez, all I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you! She must have shown me twenty houses in an eight hour period. If not for Sissy, my family would still be living at the Marriott Courtyard in Brandon dealing with the likes of Fishhawk Realty. You made what could have been a very difficult move for my lovely wife and two awesome daughters and turned it into something positive. I thank Eaton Realty for employing Tracy Mishler. When I was ready to sell my house the first realtor that approached me was very outspoken and concerned about his own pocketbook. He e mailed me daily even after I told him I wasn't interested. Then, in response to something I saw in the internet, I received a call from Tracy. I made an appt with him and prayed to God that he would be the right realtor. After talking to him at my home for 5 minutes I knew first and foremost he was Christian man, not because he told me, but because of his demeanor. Then he had a booklet that showed me he had done his homework on my community. This was in the beginning stages of the corona virus and Tracy took that into consideration. I can tell you that I had no reservations about signing a contract with Tracy. He knew his business well and set us up for the virtual tour and all the necessary tools to sell my house. He not only had the job of selling my house, but to help me find another smaller house to buy so that turned into a juggling act to sell and buy about the same time. Tracy did it all! Once he took over this "project" for me I knew I had no worries because Tracy would get the job done and he did! During the process he was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. I think we first met the Eaton Realty Team when we were trying to decide whether or not to short sale our home. With their guidance we ultimately decided to rent it and save our credit history. Since then, Craig and his team have assisted us in purchasing our new home in FishHawk Starling and purchase additional investment properties. His team is always very professional and willing to share sound advice and years of experience without an agenda. I have no words to describe how happy I am that I chose Eaton Realty. I had to move from Orlando to Tampa and gave myself two months to find a house to rent. I never had a problem renting in Orlando, but renting a place in Tampa turned into a nightmare. Realtors took few days to respond to any messages! This poor communication is a big problem when you have to drive 2 hours to see the house. I came across Eaton Realty (Matt Grieser in particular) when I had less then 2 weeks left before I had to vacant my house. He went above and beyond to help me. He dealt with other agencies on my behalf and kept me updated every step of the way. Daniel Rothrock of Eaton Realty manages our Fishhawk property. They are the Fishhawk experts!!! There office is inside Fishhawk, so why would you choose anybody else? We had many headaches with the previous property manager. Daniel just secured another year of tenant renting for us (with 6 mos left on the original lease). Imagine if you owned a rental and your property manager just secured 1 1/2 years of renting? Bravo! We talked to Craig of Eaton about 3 years ago about switching property managers (to Eaton).
