He showed compassion and empathy and made sure that my son knew that his car would be well taken care of, once we went to the wrecker service, Sherrie in the office was phenomenal! She was kind, sweet, genuine and professional. She made sure that we got everything we needed and helped us deal with the insurance company. I called ahead to let her know I was on my way there I needed to be somewhere and I wanted her to let the tow driver get my sons vehicle and of course when we got there she was know where near the locked gate. I had to call twice and she hung up on me the second time I know I wasn't the nicest person to deal with but when your in a time crunch and need to be somewhere else; she really needs to learn to deal with the public a little better than she does. I would advise this business to let her go and hire someone that has the knowledge to handle situations and communicate better. You also need to have a better way to make the process easier to get your vehicle instead of having to wait on someone to drive up to meet you how unprofessional this is for a business to operate. If I had the choice instead of the cops calling and not asking us for this place to pick up my sons vehicle this would not be the place I would have called. Save you some money and get someone better to deal with instead of this place and don't let the cops make that decision for you.

As a business owner myself, I know things can go wrong with any service. I always test a new shop…read morewith a less expensive vehicle before trusting them with our house or high-end cars. This was supposed to be a simple tint job on our beach car, but it turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had--especially since moving to the area. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle, Chris (the tech) was visibly on edge: drenched in sweat, talking a mile a minute, and already rude. When an issue came up with the rear window, instead of communicating clearly or explaining, he immediately became defensive and started backtracking. When we returned to pick up the car, things escalated badly. Chris completely lost it. He threw window tint film at us, repeatedly approached us aggressively, screamed obscenities, and yelled things like "I used to be a Marine--you don't know who you're f***ing with" directly at my wife. He kept closing the distance on her despite multiple people telling him to back off, and only retreated inside after being confronted repeatedly. Even as we were driving away, he was still yelling from the doorway. I contacted Mike (the owner) immediately. Instead of addressing the assaultive and threatening behavior, releasing any security footage, he brushed it off as a "misunderstanding" about the tint job and made excuses for Chris. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and a genuinely unsafe environment. I will never return and strongly advise anyone--especially anyone bringing family--to avoid this place entirely. 0/10
