I've taken classes with all the teachers here, and everyone brings something amazing to the table... there is no one teacher better than another. They all offer beautiful words and insight. The class was informative, it felt great, the instructor (Marti? Marty? I don't know how to spell her name) was incredible. She offered modifications without being pushy or invasive. I was able to follow at my own pace. The hour flew by and at the end, I felt like I had physically and mentally released so much anxiety and tension.
