I was thrilled to discover this hidden gem right in our community, so close to home! The nursery has a cozy, homey feel because it's run directly from their own yard. Parking is available in a gravel space up the driveway. Despite being a small nursery, they offer an impressive variety of trees and shrubs. We picked up a Japanese Magnolia, hostas, marigolds, salvia, and some pine straw. The staff was incredibly friendly and entertained our toddler with the animals hanging around.They were also very knowledgeable about their selection, helping us choose the perfect tree for our needs. My wife and I went to this nursery yesterday. We hadn't been before. It was great! They have a large selection of various plants , shrubs and trees. Their rose selection was very large. We were helped by a very nice and knowledgeable young man. He answered every question we had and was very personable. I do recommend this nursery. read more

AS long time gardeners, my wife and I were delighted to dsocover this amazing nursery outside Rincon. Russell Sowers has a diverse, well stocked and well tended nursery, with numerous varieties of roses and hydrangas you will not find in any home supply store or the ordinary commercial nursery. He is knowledgeable about all the plants, grafts his own roses on fortunata rootstock, and is willing to spend some time educating his customers. Prices for well rooted but not root bound plants were reasonable. We will go back. read more
