So we went on line and this was the closest location that had the color in stock. Once we arrived we came to find out that the manufacturer renamed the color but the one they had would work to finish the project. After we checked out we learned that they have the most amazing artwork on their walls for sale. So the sales associate went into action to take them off the walls for us so we could purchase them. Needless to say the service here is literally out of this world as three associates assisted us to our vehicle. The pricing is also very reasonable. Their garden shop has a beautiful selection of flowers. As well as the clothing and shoes are great. Got the most comfortable slippers for $10. Our next visit they had a barbecue outside for charity. You pay at the register and we had the most delicious hamburgers and hotdog. Since it was Memorial Day weekend they were giving out small American Flags as well. What a wonderful experience. This is our favorite Ace Hardware the sales associates and inventory make this location exceptional. They have us as customers for life!

Pavers growing weeds up everywhere (done pavers before in 3 different homes, never had weeds growing up between. One step that I was charged $700 for, the steps fall off, never cemeneted in. Landscaping even worse. We have deer (told them this), everything was dear resistant, all eaten after a week. They came back to take pics and noticed, said they would replace. Nearly 1 year later no response, no call. We emailed multiple times, visited the Pooler Plant Station at least 4 times and were put on the list (we watched). Never a return call. Nothing. 17k down the tubes. Do not use this company! Stay away!

Did a great job on the firepit…read more On the garden side, they planted several plants too shallow and when e tried to contact them to correct, we got no response and we wound up replanting them ourselves. Later I contacted them to get a quote on repairing some sunken and heaving pavers in our driveway. They responded immediately and said they would do it at no charge on March 21st--I am assuming because of the garden problem. The workers never showed up and I finally got back in touch with them and they promised to reschedule. Two months have passed now and neither Heather, Ross or Trent has answered my attempts to get a reschedule date. They have been very poor at responding to us and so far have not stood behind their work or word regarding the garden or paver project.
