I always thought that in high end luxury stores the services must be…read moreextraordinary, this is not the case in this store where today July 17, 2023 I had the worst treatment in a store. the first thing when I tried to enter in the store, an employee looked at me and it took about 1 minute before he analyzed me and decided that I deserved to enter the store, then once I entered the store, a terrible employee came to me and asked me what I wanted. I told him that I am interested in buying a rolex watch for my mother, a not very popular model, a model that cannot be resold to earn more money. I showed him that I found the watch on their website and that it is in their store in Frankfurt when the employee told me without checking the computer or asking anyone else that they didn't have the watch and before I could ask him anything else he said goodbye and turned his back on me. 30 minutes after I left the store, I couldn't believe what happened. There's no way, I think it's impossible to behave like that with a customer who wants to buy a watch worth almost 12 thousand euros. This is the most horrible store I have ever entered in all my 33 years.

To be objective here is what she said to customers:"you pay full amount for deposit and we cannot give you any delivery date, it maybe 2 years you just have to wait. Avoid this terrible place because i would not shop in a place where sales lady has no self respect and respect for customers. Not far from this place there are couple of other juweiler that offers top notch watches and good services, where I bought mine and my husbands in the end. Meine Vermutung ist dass, wenn die meisten Vertriebsmitarbeiter sich auf diese Weise verhalten, ist es wahrscheinlich an der Arbeit Handbuch geschrieben. ganz in der Nahe (innerhalb 400m) gibt es einige andere Juwelier, die erstklassige Uhren und guten Service anbieten kann, wo ich am Ende zwei Uhr gekauft habe.
