Absolutely horrible! Shows up four hours late, works one hour and disappears. Two week project…read moreturned into eight weeks, and he says it's not his fault. His statement of work says he will not start job until he has supplies needed but weeks in he doesn't have them. Justin will bold face lie to you and not even blink! Zero responsibility in fixing is mistakes. Plants smashed, adhesive left on new pavers, concrete not properly mixed and disintegrated in the heat, uneven pavers, Etc, Etc. Had to spend thousands to repair what he screwed up. Guess there is a reason he has to change his business name every couple years. Stay away from this guy.
