Told them I had an appointment and then I went to go pick the color. I was seated in the last and only available pedicure seat left. This place is pretty busy on a Sunday morning at opening time. The host lined the tub with plastic and turned the water on in the tub. A girl named Ivy continued my pedicure after a few minutes soaking. Asked for the water to be a little hotter and she did not complain. She asked if I wanted my nails cut, and then she clipped, filed, and buffed. Put oil on the cuticles and soaked again, then picked off all the dead skin. Overall clean work and seems to have painted in the edges too, which I really like.

They charge you to use your debit card which is illegal, they sprayed my legs with some mystery spray and when i asked what it was they couldn't answer- it looked like mold in the bottle and i called them out for it when they said it was just the design (which it wasn't) then she said it was the acetone and i said "no, that's mold" i opened the bottle. First, even if it IS acetone WHY are they spraying that on someone's feet after a pedicure.. I've been here MANY times and each time it gets worse and worse. I stood when they raised their prices, i overlooked times I've gotten cut with a manicure, I've settled with the cold water pedicures and i even paid when I asked for matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said it would be $5 extra... I've been going here since they first opened, it's been a few months. It has been a few months, and I'm so happy to report this nail salon is still extremely clean, polite, affordable and talented. It's small, there's a separated room for waxing, three or four pedicure chairs, and four nail stations. They sanitizer all their tools in a special machine and are constantly washing tools after use and putting them in. This makes me love this salon even more, because one of my biggest worries with nail parlors are their sanitary conditions. There's three girls who work, they're all extremely sweet and the owners husband is occasionally there to do pedicures. Yes I am one of those women who is a little weirded out by a male giving me a pedicure, but he does an amazing job! I love how they do tips, they're not thick or chunky and I have always gotten compliments with the work they do on my nails. I've had a few people even believe these are my real nails. They're very real looking and thin, but remain strong and I can go more than two weeks without a fill in with no concern of tips falling off. Although everyone's nail chemistry is different, so I wouldn't recommend pushing the time limit on a fill in for everyone. They also offer a frequent costumer card, which is worth it so always get it signed when you get your mani pedis done! Love this place would definitely recommend.

I docked off a star because she didn't do as good of a job on my hands. The shapes were a bit uneven. Some were more square than others. The staff was pleasant and gave me a small bottle of water during my visit. I would still come back and maybe speak up a bit more! Together, it cost $75 but $78 with card so I recommend bringing cash. The name of this establishment is now called Pink C Nail Salon? But their name online is still Nature Nail Spa.

Slowly, the same issue as most other places, staff speaks a different language in your face ( I speak a few and it is possible not to if the costumer does not speak it). The workers are hit or miss. Last person who did my hard gel was awful, rude and when I pointed out the nail clipper was not in plastic she started speaking in her language and spraying me with alcohol practically into my face. The owner (manager) wanted to calm things down and I also did not want to make a bigger deal. Two weeks later I have a green nail, I am 48 and have been getting acrylic, powder, gels etc etc for over 30 years and this has never happened. Yes, the salon says it lifted and moisture went in. My fault? I have my doubts. The last tech looked like she hates her job. On top of it when I was there to remove the gel that same worker passed by speaking about me to the woman doing nails. Rude in any culture!!!!! Will not be going back. My nails will need to heal, could have been worse so beware!!!!
