If i could give 0 stars i would!! They are cheap quality and hound you for every nickel and dime. Basically refused to give me a new nail file after i watched them use the same one on someone else earlier and wanted to charge me for one. They charge you to use your debit card which is illegal, they sprayed my legs with some mystery spray and when i asked what it was they couldn't answer- it looked like mold in the bottle and i called them out for it when they said it was just the design (which it wasn't) then she said it was the acetone and i said "no, that's mold" i opened the bottle. First, even if it IS acetone WHY are they spraying that on someone's feet after a pedicure.. I've been here MANY times and each time it gets worse and worse. I stood when they raised their prices, i overlooked times I've gotten cut with a manicure, I've settled with the cold water pedicures and i even paid when I asked for matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said it would be $5 extra... This is the last time this dirty place takes my money. This is gross and I'm so turned off. Worst of all, the horrible pedicure cost me close to $50 to boot... read more

This is my 3rd or 4th visit here. Today, my friend arrived at 6pm, I arrived at 6:10 both for pedis. They escorted us to seats around 6;20 and had us soak our feet. My friends pedicure began 6:45, mine at 7:10pm. An hour wait is not what I expected nor was informed of. We had to leave by 7:30. No concept of time at this place...they never shared a time frame just tell us to pick a color. It is laughable bc thats often the norm at nail salons....but its always something at this place.. Once they get started, the pedi is good and usually lasts a while. Now 7:45 and I just got to dryer, my friend was going to get the car to get me. I asked for quick dry and she charged me the $1. The last two times, they charged me extra on my card (tax apparently, rounded up to the nearest dollar in their favor) and didn't tell me/ask me before, told me after that there's the extra when paying on card. 2 suggestions - Communciation - Set expectations Or risk unhappy customers. read more

Love this place! I moved to SI from Bensonhurst this year and though I work in BK still, I wanted to find a new local place close to home. I found Victory R Nails on yelp and check it out. Very happy I did and for the past 6 months have been very pleased with my time there. Helen the owner is very sweet. They make sure you always have your nail technician ready for you when it's your appointment time which I appreciate. ALL of the nail techs there are great because be used all of them. They also have hot green tea and coffee which is a plus for the winter. They give out bottles of water as well that way I don't have to carry my own. Nail art skills are great too. I love doing different things and they are always willing to deliver. Really a great new nail home for me :) read more

First time getting acrylics here and it came out very bulgy and ugly. I went back for a refill after 2.5 weeks and they told me it had been too long so I needed to just pay for a new set and pay for a removal, which I thought was ridiculous because I've been to other places and it didn't matter that much. Seemed like they just wanted more money. Also, they did removal of nails with a METROCARD, and left my nails bleeding and hurting. Also got gel French here before for mani and pedi but didn't turn out well and for the pedi they added a spa rock package without me fully understanding and resulting in me paying more. Would not recommend coming here. read more

I came in here for a simple pedicure. I got here at 4:05pm. It's now 5:34pm and she just finished. I've never had a pedicure take an hour and a half as well as the water being ice cold.. horrible experience and I will never come back. Second time here by the way. read more

Pretty sure they're connected with the "massage" parlor located in the AAAA driving school. Some John walked in looking for a "massage," the owner/manager escorted him next door. Drastic rating drop also due to the poor quality in the year that I've been a customer. Reusing aluminum foil wraps for nail soaks? Ew, what else are they skimping on? a minute ago If I could give zero stars, I would! I went in for a simple pedicure. They wanted to sell me other services. I politely said no but she hounded me like a car salesman. I am not a weak person but she was as gentle as a moose running in a glass shop. She stabbed my toe so many times. What's suppose to be relaxing became stressful. On top of that they played hip hop with so much profanity. Words I can't place here but I heard a song about Kendall Jenner's Vagina. Seriously! On top of that my nails were a mess. Didn't notice how bad until I got home. Should have known when I saw the girls hands drying next to me. Horrible job. I repainted my toes when I got home. So i am always scared to try a new Nail salon because i am afraid "what if i dont like it" but this is a nice place! I got an Acrylic set for $25, but had to pay an extra $12 for gel, and then an Extra $5 to make them Round. Other than the little sur charges i paid about what i would normally for acrylic tips. But i liked it a lot. Made to look natural just the right thickness. Ladies in there very nice. Would definitely go again. read more

this nail salon is honestly terrible. i've been here 3 times and keep deciding to give them chances bc its only nail salon close to me, but every 3 times has been a disaster. the workers are hostile and sometimes rude. my nails hurt badly after every time I've got them done. the workers are really rough doing your nails and sometimes pick at your nails until they bleed. also kind of expensive. please go somewhere else! read more
