Love them! My lawn always looks amazing! Couldn't ask for a better lawn company. Have had them for years. The Owner was the most kind, loving person. If I ever needed something extra or needed a little help with anything Tim and his crew always helped me right then and there. Hired them to do our Arica palms and lawn. I have multiple complaints for the 3 months they were supposed to do our lawn, but I'll focus on the main one. They removed the large ones, which was understood that it would leave things looking bare in areas which was completely understood, but they left our trees that were still there, trampled over, half dead and still overgrown looking. On multiple calls and texts for 5 weeks after they cut down the trees, Tim kept saying his guys would come back to clean up or he'd come by with a trailer to clean it up. Upon discontinuing services, when I listed the reasons why I was dissatisfied, he told me that cleaning up the trees and making it look nice was never part of the amount he quoted me! Absolutely ridiculous that I would pay someone to make my lawn look worse than it originally looked! When we first did the walk through on my yard he gave us a price for the three things we asked him to do and we immediately hired him. When he came to do the three things, he only did one and said he didn't know about the other two, so we said fine, how much do you want for that? And we agreed even with an increased price..3 months later and he never came back to do the other two things. His son in law rides the mower like a drunk baby, my lawn is dead and my edges and weeds are overgrown because they're too lazy to do any actual work. I can't even give them one star. They only show up once every two to three weeks . They race around the house and spend only 10 minutes doing the lawn. The lawn looks horrible and there was little to no weedeatting done.. I watched them from inside the house.. They ran around as fast as they could and missed more than they caught.. Real shotty work When my 93 year old mom called to complain, the owners wife Michelle cursed her out. That is not how to run a RESPECTABLE business. These guys are terrible. Made the mistake of asking for a one time cut while they were cutting my neighbors grass. They broke a pipe in their yard. Broke the gate on my fence. Owner came and said he's not responsible for his crew. And I didn't call him. When his guys said the boss was the one on the mower. The owner Tim was so rude and disrespectful. I don't even want him near my property again. I'll fix it myself. Paid them $25. Did a horrible job on my grass. Missing patches of uncut grass. Didn't weed eat hardly at all.
