We have a kubota tractor that needed to be serviced. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of businesses in this area that service them. So we originally had it serviced at a different place a little further away. It did not go well. Very expensive and still had issues. So I called Eckroth. They had no problem serving our needs. They picked it up. Called is once the situation was assessed and fixed the issue. I felt their communication was very good and their price was more than reasonable for this type of service. I really expected to pay much more. I am happy we have a more local business that can service this equipment. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

Have been bringing in my cub cadet for two years. Brought in my UTV to be serviced last week and came to pick it up yesterday only to find it's roof missing. Will not be coming back. Not one employee will look me in the eye. Dishonest service provider. read more

They do not do business quotes on equipment they say yes but never email info, to poor of a comany to do a real sale. Will not buy or tell others of this outdated place please go elsewhere save time and headaches read more

Service department was terrible at communicating with me. Not only did I have to follow up on the service of my tractor repair a week later, I was told that my my deck was run over. I was never called and Even though the replaces it, they still billed me for the cleaning of the deck and not a single discount for taking two weeks and the inconvenience it caused me. Bought a residential cub cadet mower. Excellent experience. Extremely knowledgable staff who took a large amount of time both demoing the mower and going over features. Understand it is not at the high end of their product line but treated as if I was buying a 200k tractor. Truly appreciated. Highly recommended. read more
