We arrived and as we approached the chair, she said we needed a mask. I said "well, we don't have one, we will come back later." Frustrated, we walked away and as we did, she said "we have them for sale." Oh I get it, you don't tell us we need them when we make an appointment so you can sell them to us later in. No thanks. You lost far more than a $2 mask sale. Won't ever be back out of principle. Might sound trivial but it was frustrating. A decent business would let people know ahead of time.
