My car was new and I wanted to a Toyota windshield and got it installed. Manny was very professional and knew his craft and gave me suggestions on what I could do for the appearance of my new vehicle at the time as I was inquiring about tint. The windshield was replaced and the sensors calibrated. I forgot the name of the receptionist I was speaking to at the time I think it was Alysia and she was very awesome helping me with the insurance side of things. The on site personnel we dealt with were fine, although you could tell they were frustrated with their back office, but we had one mishap after the other dealing with Safelite operations. From scheduling snafus to lost orders to finally showing up with the wrong part. What made it worse was each and every time they had an excuse - first it was the insurance company not sending a work order, then they must've received the wrong VIN, lastly it was the vendor who sold them the glass that got it wrong. When my husband gave pushback on them not verifying the windshield was the correct one, Safelite boy insisted it was the correct part for the vehicle and there were only minor differences. Despite the fact the windshield they showed up with was a completely different shape! When my husband said he was losing confidence that Safelite knew what they were doing, Safelite boy suggested we go somewhere else. Best advice we ever received!

On installation day, Donnie and his crew arrived on time and worked effortlessly to ensure all of the panes were installed correctly. Even when erecting and using a two-story scaffolding, to install upper window panes in our vaulted living room, the process looked smooth and practiced.
