We've been to Tint World multiple times to get a custom system specced out. We even went out of our way to drop off the car for hours so they could assess everything and come up with a plan. No follow-up, no updates, no phone calls--just an endless cycle of us having to chase them down like a collection agency. It's embarrassing. Vinnie, the guy we dealt with, is super nice, but let's be real--nice doesn't get the job done. He never calls back. Ever. It's like once you walk out of the shop, you become a ghost to them. How hard is it to pick up a phone and follow through? Apparently, impossible. At this point, it's obvious Tint World just doesn't care.
