I have had two cars fully tinted here and both times have been great. The nice thing here is that they don't do your windows half assed and actually take door panels off for a better install. I currently live in Eugene and if I got a new vehicle I would gladly drive down to Medford to have my windows done again. My only shop for window tinting. This place does the best tinting in town. Quality is key and final product looks fantastic.

Been in business for 25 years and has no clue how to run it nor what customer service is. Steve will tell you (the customer who is always right) that you have no clue what you are talking about and that you are stupid. You can request for a specific tint, and he'll put on whatever he feels like, without telling you prior, (even if you have a doctor's note) and then reserve the right to not fix it, cause you didn't get what you wanted. You can file a bbb complaint, yet he will still blame you for your ignorance as well as completely ignore the complaint, screwing you over cause now you have to pay somebody else to fix his "work". Save your money and the headache and take your business elsewhere. It's a wonder to me how he's stayed in business for 25 years and also wonder how many other people he has screwed over. He doesn't help the public/"customers" out at all and would be off closing his doors and keeping his hands off everyone's cars. He can say what he wants and continue to tell me how stupid I am however this review is based off facts from what happened to me, and he knows he screwed me over and is wrong. read more
