After 4 weeks of waiting for appointment, I arrived promptly for my 10 am appointment with my flood light/ rack removed per their request, only to find a dark, locked, empty store along with another customer who'd been waiting an hour. Called, no answer, no voicemail. Heat is climbing to 102. After 40 minutes I was going to leave a note in case someone showed up while I grabbed some food/water & googled to remember the name of who I made appointment with. I find a Facebook post 2 hours prior simply stating they're closed today. ?????? Upon further investigation I find that they also use this rather minuscule mode of communication to inform their customers that they would be in Cancun June 10 through the 17th....mind you this is the 29th. So at this point they have been in Cancun for 19 days and have yet to bother to call any of their scheduled customers to let them know to make other plans or otherwise utilize their hours with things that are actually productive. Completely understandable that plans changed but unacceptable mode of communication and treatment of customers!! Btw I was planning on dropping $600 today to start, potentially more. Very disappointed, as I need my windows tinted for the heat and was looking forward to having tunes in my car. More than anything I feel like my time was disrespected and will not be returning. Unreliable & unprofessional is an understatement. read more

I had several issues with my 2001 Prelude and as any thrifty consumer would do in todays economy I checked out two other car stereo shops before going to Sport Audio. They were the only shop that was able to give me a next day appointment and were offering the least expensive quote! I basically needed a complete overhaul for my sound system, front and rear speakers, sub and amp. I also had hodgepodge of spaghetti wires from the previous owners system as well as a faulty alarm horn and led and a dead speaker on the drivers door. Got my windows tinted here, they are easily half the price of most all competitors in the valley and the service and product is absolutely comparable. I have taken one of my cars to sunscape and their service is also great but it comes at a very very hefty price. I can literally tint every single window in my car twice and pay for it out of pocket from this location and still be cheaper than sunscape. Great service, great product, highly recommend. read more

They didn't install my speakers correctly. Went there 2 times and my wires are still loose. I'm taking it to best buy to get it fix for $20, at least over there they actually care about their work. Def won't go back there again for sure. read more

Poor service seemed like the guy already knew what he wanted to sell me before I even asked my first question. You could tell he is used to selling instead of listening to what the customer wants. The entire store is a maze of random boxes of stuff and I felt like I was at a flea market instead of a store. In doing my own online research, some of the brands he carries don't list him on their website as a "dealer" so buyers beware. I shopped around several stores in the same day asking questions and this place def would be last on my list. If you want to be sold whatever he wants, go here... But if you want to gain knowledge about stuff that you want, pass this place up. read more
