My boyfriend and I zip lined here this past weekend! I would highly, highly recommend Eco Adventure Ziplines to everyone!! The owner, Mike is amazing!! I had never zip lined before and am not a fan of heights!! However, Mike and Ryan our tour guides were super supportive and positive and made me feel totally comfortable!!! They usually only take reservations, but when we showed up without one, they put us into the next tour without any grief!! Mike is amazing with all ages and comfort levels! With his braking system, his courses are easy for people of all ages, 3 and up!! We did the 10 line course, and for the first part of our tour, we had a family with us, that had grandparents, parents and children doing the 6 line course!! Mike and Ryan made sure that everyone was comfortable and had a blast! Not only are they amazing tour guides, and super awesome people, they go above and beyond what is expected to make sure that everyone feels welcomed and taken care of!! Their motto is to treat everyone like family, and I was amazed by how they treated us!! They not only offer an amazing 10 line tour, with one line going over 1/4 mile and 250 feet above the ground, offering amazing views, varying distances and speeds on the lines, they also are super personal and friendly!! My boyfriend and I are from WI, but we will definitely be making our way back there in the future!!! My husband and I visited Eco Adventure Ziplines last weekend on our way into Hermann. It was a blast!! It was my first time and I was not sure what to expect so we signed up for the six line zip tour. When we got out there we were having so much fun we were able to "upgrade" to the bigger ten line tour! It was really a lot of fun and I highly recommend it. Mike and his crew were awesome and we felt like we were really taken care of. They take very good care of you and take their time to make sure you feel comfortable. I was so nervous on the first line but the guide was so patient. I also think it's really cool that the owner Mike actually goes out on tour with you so I felt we were in very good hands. We want to come back in the fall for a sunset tour and to see the trees changing. Excellent facility and I highly recommend for both the beginner and also for someone who is looking for something a little more. Sharing this for my Mom. The whole experience was Fantastic! From making a reservation and getting all the info- to the actual zip-line day. Shannon and Mike helped me from the beginning at making the reservations since we had a group of ten. Some had zipped before and we can had a few "newbies". It was an August morning but it's shady and cool in the woods. The paths are wide and have mulch so it's comfortable when you have to walk to some of the platforms. Mike and Maddie put us all at ease knowing they were at each end to send us off and to help us slow down and even "catch us" at the other end. Our group laughed and had an enjoyable morning together. I personally have done three times - once in the spring to see the Dogwoods blooming, and twice in August now. I think a fall zip or even early winter would show us some amazing scenery as well. This was a fantastic adventure for my mom, myself and my daughter (8). My daughter and mom have never zipped before so we booked the shorter six line zip. However, when we got through the first four, we were all having so much fun that we decided to upgrade to the full ten zip course. My daughter was so little that she rode tandem with the instructor on the biggest zip - you have to weigh 100 lbs. We all had a blast and want to come back. read more

If you are in the area, you need to experience this! I have been on several zip lines and I felt the safest and had the most fun on this one! This is a family owned business and they have developed a safe braking system that none of the other zip line experiences have had. Don't miss out on this place!!!! My husband surprised me with our first ziplining experience today with ECO and it was fantastic. They are patient and helpful in making every aspect fun and safe. The views are breathtaking! Our family was looking for some adventure and we certainly found it at Eco Adventure Ziplines. Mike and Maddie were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed six ziplines with ages 4-61! It was a blast.
