Henry visited the house and provided a quote the same day I reached out to him. His prices were very reasonable and he booked in for the job a few days later. He was on time, friendly and professional. But how about the work you ask? It was fantastic. I have honestly in my entire life, never seen my parents patio area look so good. I will NOT be hiring him again and will try another company next time. When I called him back and said another pressure wash company just advertised "Whole house/deck and all concrete in Leader, for $325", only - he simply just argued with me aggressively and I hung up. Even though Alex was busy and booked up, he gave me free advice on how to remedy the problem: "If you were to attend Home Depot with the photos, they will be able to advise an appropriate compound to repair the MDF material. It's relatively simple to trowel on with a putty knife and lightly sand after. The trick is to not apply too much compound, being better to do multiple coats that one thick one. Hope this helps." This stood out from a few other e-mails that I received.
