It has a wide selection of freshly baked goods, doughnuts, sandwiches, tarts, you name it. Coffee is great, most creamy latte I've had in a while, and a large tea collection including a Puerh teabag. Wonders! I got the blueberry and custard tartlette, biggest sugar rush ever! This cafe is inviting to sit and watch the world go by Stillorgan Road. Sofas, high seats and plenty of plugs for the ole laptop. Good to go!

The shop is huge and the staff friendly, they have a really nice café in there and a hot deli counter that just screams "relax, have a coffee, maybe try one of these oh so delicious breakfast rolls or perhaps just a warm buttery croissant. There is the usual array of services outside as well.. a carwash, air, water yada yada yada but its all about the inside for me. So, I pull up at the pumps, open my petrol cap and insert the fuel nozzle. Just before I start the refeueling something niggely at the back of my mind says "check for your wallet" I did It wasn't there Blast ...true story

Car was returned to me dirty not hoovered or washed. both front fender liner splash guards were not put back properly after and screws were missing. Absolutely not acceptable!!!! Left car with them for 24 hours and the next day when I came to collect the car it was not ready yet. I had to wait couple more hours. Nobody explain me why it takes more then 24hours!!!!! Looked like they had new staff on training and unfortunately the training was done on my car Sent them email (got read report) but never got reply that's how they take care of customers . I had my years of using any old service centre or a friend of a friend but after upgrading my car I…read moreknew I wanted something a little more reliable and to ensure it was being worked on by folks who know their stuff on Audi specifically. This great centre, is always busy so advance booking is essential and I mean, if you know a service is coming up book it a few weeks in advance that way you can guarantee a time that is suitable. Otherwise, booking into this place is great... with dropping off your car, they offer you a taxi to your work place or replacement car so that you can go about your usual business which is such a bonus. Audi have introduced more transparent pricing on their servicing which gives you a little bit of comfort, so ahead of booking it you have a set price and to be honest, it ain't that much more than the usual run of the mill place. So yes, it's slightly more expensive but with paying a few bob more, you get the car/taxi service, your car gets a mini valet so it looks like new when you pick it up and then, little extras like some free valet coupons and what I didn't know about but I 100% LOVE is there roadside assistance you get. With a full service, I got road side assistance for 1 year from Audi which covered mainland Europe too and the benefits of the assistance where kinda on par with my AA so I was able to cancel my AA subscription so overall having my car serviced by Audi in this centre is really good value and probably saved me money when I calculated my AA and my valeting costs normally paid during the year. After 1 service though I noticed the following day some oil drops, when I went back they immediately took care of it. They explained it was minor drops lodged when they were doing the oil change so there was nothing to worry about and for the inconvenience through in some more free valeting and a high end contour travel mug. Thankfully my car has been relatively well behaved but when I initially bought it they ran it through a full diagnostic check and ensured I got the most out of my warranty from the dealer I bought it from. If you have diagnostic done, they charge €79 for it but if you decide to get the repairs done there this is waived.

I highly recommend Jason of Frascati Motors. My experience has quite simply been superb. On the…read morefirst occasion he resurrected my elderly car, which I feared was unlikely to happen, and the whole service charge was shockingly reasonable. Quite simply my very dead and elderly car was reanimated and drove like a dream. This time around, my now even more elderly car (current age 19 years) had developed multiple problems during the pandemic and I ultimately just took it off the road and let it sit in storage for a prolonged period. I knew that there was a major problem with the brakes, coupled with the fact that the lock on the car's boot had become highly unpredictably dysfunctional. It also needed a general service and preparation for the NCT. I dropped it off and confirmed with Jason that the garage would likely close circa 6pm. He contacted me later in the morning when he had evaluated the car and explicitly informed me about the most expensive aspect of the work needed (which was absolutely essential to permit safe driving). He asked if I wanted to proceed with the work, which I confirmed that I did. He then messaged me to let me know that the necessary parts would be delivered at 5pm and that the car would be ready for collection at 8pm. I was stunned that he was perfectly willing and ready to get the job done on the same day and stay late at work to do this. The car was ready on time; he'd done extensive work on the brake system (which he described as having been "tricky" to do); he'd sorted the lock on the boot (which he said had been "even more tricky" [I knew that he was telling the truth about this, as I'd endured massive unpredictability with the lock's behaviour!]); and he'd also completely rejuvenated the car's headlights (cleaning and reconditioning the glass, ensuring good penetrance of the light beam, and checking headlight alignment), as the material had so decayed that little light was actually getting through. Jason explained everything that he had done to the car (right down to the fluid he'd added to aid suppleness of plastic washers in the engine) and he gave me a fully itemized invoice (including VAT). The car now drives perfectly! My experience of Jason is that he is a consummate professional; he is a direct and straight talker (which I like); and my impression is that he doesn't take fools gladly. He reminds me of my dad, which is very reassuring. My dad trained as a fitter with the railway; he also obtained his senior trade certificates as a car mechanic (1950s!); and he ultimately became a teacher. He always said to trust the professionals in their discipline and not to try to dictate to them. He never attempted to service his own car (N.B. his car mechanic experience was early 1950s!). Some people may find Jason blunt, but my take on it is that he is honest, polite, professional and clear on what is needed to get the job done properly. I am a professional man (a medical discipline) and I completely identify with and understand Jason's stance. I actually find it highly reassuring to know that I am in the hands of a professional, who will tell me the truth without any embellishment. I have to also be very honest and say that Jason spontaneously gave me a 5% discount on my recent bill (perhaps as I was a repeat customer), which I didn't query and was delighted to accept! He didn't have to do it and he made no drama about it. I have seen some negative reviews about Jason and Frascati Motors. None of these negative reviews reflect my experience as a repeat customer of Frascati Motors; and my impression is that none of them actually reflect the quality of the work done but may reflect interpersonal disagreements. Didn't even have a chance to tell them the problem the guy was so aggressive and rude. Really bad way to run business!!!!
